Lilith Amaranth Shade (commonly known as Shade) is a penguin living on Tempest Island in Storm City.
Background[edit]
Shade was hatched fairly normally. She grew up on Tempest Island, going to Greyspring Beach often. She was often called a 'loner', because of how she usually had no friends.
"I am my own friends," she said to people who teased her.
She likes waffles with extra butter and marmalade.
Her favorite place to be is Greyspring Beach, on a large rock by the ocean.
Her part in The Shadow of a Phoenix[edit]
She is the main character in the story of how she left her (maybe former) friend Skippy in the Phoenixes, The Shadow of a Phoenix .
Shade one day goes down to a beach, meets a stange man, they go to his Dojo, and he tells her she is not a phoenix. There!
