The Sk8r Boiz are an evil group of teenage penguins who ride on skateboards and terrorize others. They mainly steal for money, and other stuff. Their main base of operations are in Snow Freezecisco, but they are known to travel to other places around the USA, too. It is unknown how they got together, but it is known that they one day showed up and have been in Snow Freezecisco ever since.
