SkyJet Aviation Holdings (SPCE: SJX) is an Antarctic-based aviation holdings company, and provides commercial air travel upswings the Antarctic. The company is the parent company of the SkyJet Airways group, Air South Pole, CP Airways and AirTerra. The holdings company was created by Sancho Monte Captio, in an effort to easily manage his airlines.

SkyJet Aviation Holdings is headquartered at 167 King St., South Pole City, which is the same headquarters as SkyJet Airways. The copany is headquartered in the North Building of the SkyJet Campus, which is the tallest building out of the five at the SkyJet Campus. The company also has two offices, in Polaris and one in Club Penguin City as well.

The comapny is governed by a Board of Directors, with each Director elected by the previous session of the Board of Directors every six years. The company is noted to have one of the most well-structured corporate governance systems in the country.
