Unprotect?

This page has been protected to sysop-only editing since 2012. Isn't it time to remove the protection so that the page can actually be improved upon (since it seems incomplete, and it's highly unlikely current admins will edit it)? It was originally protected so people wouldn't add themselves to the elite group, but I think you could just place a notice somewhere on the page telling users they need permission first (or something like that). Anti-Protectors?

I was recently thinking of an anti-protector group. It would contain TailsX, Speeddasher X, KwikXilver, Xplorer (also because he's hardly mention anywhere) and possibly Jelly the PenguinX (these are only the antibodies of the protectors that I know).
