Swiss Ninja isn't, but I am. Also personality has little to do with culture. You can have a rude British guy and a rude Ugandan woman, it doesn't matter what country you come from. Perhaps we make an Equestria/Cloudsdale parody? Or make the USA equivelant to Equestria; Ternville with Cloudsdale; Manehattan with SPC; and maybe we'll make new parodies for Canterlot and Ponyville?
