This seems a bit one-sided in Snowiny's favor, eh? "Rusca and Terra will have military forces ready at Snowiny's disposal", while it doesn't mention anything for the other way around. Also, how could Sandila join the pact if they're a territory of Snowiny (they'd already be included with Snowiny, no?).WannaTalk? 19:31, 9 March 2014 (UTC)

Sandila's a colony, so i am not sure if i should make Sandila individually a member.
