Well, they handle time, basically, and it's also rumored they work with the Time Ninjas. Not really sure of anything you should follow, but make sure you throw in a lot of cool tech. The BoF likes cool tech, even if it runs on magic. Also, they should have a special division that deals with the Time Agency.
