You can't actually own a CyberGem[edit]
You can't own one 'cause the original Gemz (the Towering Twelve) were deemed too valuable for any one penguin to own (have you ever watched National Treasure?). They are techically owned by the entire continent as a whole, and some that you stated in the article are actually vital to several systems that keep the USA running (see the CyberGemz article for more)!
