When I'm editing my stuff, I go by actual facts- which is that they can make chicks at a pretty early age. When I do my so-called "editig", 10 penguin years = 18/20 human years in the sense that they're fully grown and matured, and I just envision that the human ratio is one of those societal trends where people generally don't have chicks until they're older (although they could and it would be legal to do so). I find most of the above here useless and a waste of time to debate upon. It's common fact that penguins lay eggs when they are of the mature age, that's canon and fanon, as going by what Swiss said, Mwa Mwas lie. However, the key component here is that this is fanon, and it's deemed weird as such for a 10-11 yr old to be laying eggs and such. We would be teaching the people that it's okay to do so.
