As I stated in the edit summary, this character could be developed. I was thinking of where to have him born (since chillywhatever isn't a place). Then, I thought of his name and current Frosian Island governor Daniel Frost and I thought, maybe this kid could be his son? :S Thoughts? WannaTalk? 15:48, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
