He's not creepy, he's just a lonely old penguin who surrounds himself in plush toys. If you haven't gotten through the whole story yet, there's a reason he has so many stuffed birds.
Also, I made this heartfelt story in honor of the Orlando attacks.

I'd like to point VERY bad OOC for the Flipplings. While they are not particularly smart or respectful (except for Folly and Foomy respectively), they wouldn't just go around messing other characters' stuff on purpose or be scared and create rumors of someone for being a creepy hermit. I'm pretty sure Fooly can't even get scared! Also, why is Fuzzle seemingly replacing Fooly? It's a good story overall, though.

I am sorry and I give you full permission to work them in a way where they're in character. It's a parody, so I needed the Flipplings to work in a way that I admit probably undermined their characters. I chose Fobby and Foddy in particular to stage the conflict because they seemed like the two whose personalities would most likely lead them to do mean things first. The scared part probably stems from curiosity alone, and if you're talking about the climax, remember, you'd be scared too if there were twenty dozen birds after your blood, stuffed or not. Besides, they didn't start the rumor but I don't really have an explanation for who did. It's all very complicated. If you want, I can put a special template that says it's not part of the Fanon's continuity (but I kinda wanted to have Plush Penguin return one day), but please alter the dialogue as much as you need while still making the story work. Speaking of which, I'm glad you liked the story overall.
-- I'm also sorry about not asking permission, but I really respect how lenient you are and this was sort of a test for that. (Also, why the heck did I forget the bird's name about 2 minutes in?)
