Y'know, in the FLIPPLINGS X SNOW & PALS X MR COW2 image, as there was no reference for Tiny, I drew exactly that.
Something really, really tiny.
The orange puffle (actually a Box Knight from the Really Random Story) was just its ride.

Tiny is actually normal penguin height, which means he's just slightly taller than Mr Cow2.
