Fish Slapping[edit]
Actually, the Fish slapping came from Wikipedia:Jonah:_A_VeggieTales_Movie. The evil residents of Nineveh whacked people with fish, and even had an execution iron maiden (which was never used) shaped like a spiky fish. -- TurtleShroom

- Really? That's facinating! I thought the program's only lasting contribution to society was coining the name "Spam" for junk e-mail. As the story goes, the inventor of e-mail (the first message was "QWERTYUIOP", the letters on the keyboard) recieved a lot of items regarding "superior" server advertisements (remember, the e-mail of that time was only for universites, and messages a few kilobytes long had to be sent through room-sized servers). Having heard the Monty Python's "Spam" song ( probablyregarding the luncheon meat) while reading the
e-mails, he replied that he was "Spammed". The name stuck. (More trivia: The man who sent the first advertiseing e-mail sent one involving "superior" servers, so he may have recieved credit too.)
- Also, if I heard correctly, the Monty Python "Spam" song was saying the word "Spam" to the Meow-Mix tune. So, if this is true, Monty Python also gave us the Meow-Mix jingle (mow mow mow mow mow mow mow mow... remember?)
- I derived the fish slapping from VeggieTales, so I guess the BigIdea corporation (the makers of said show) took it from Monty Python. Hey, we all learn something new everyday!

Gah! I cant decide which is beter! We Freezelandians and HP's share a harsh rivalry with Pengolia for an age old war, but I dont know which is better! Zomg...
Capital[edit]
