Tania Tvarkov is the wife of Артиллерийского Von Maple. She was the Director of the NRR, before she retired.

Early Months[edit]
Tania hatched on April 17, 1915 in a bomb shelter in the woods of St. Petersburg, Russia. When shown a few things, she liked the crown and the small fairy penguin doll. Thus she was given the name "Tania", meaning "fairy queen".
Early Childhood[edit]
She grew up for a few years in Russia. She learned how to ice-skate, hunt and stay away from humans. When she was four years old, her family decided to move back to Rusca. When she arrived there, she was privately tutored by her family members in her house rather than sent to a public school for some reasons unknown. By the age of twelve she knew how to throw a knife accurately, survive a war and at least nine different languages.
Teenage Years[edit]
In around the years of the Khanzem War, she was a nurse for the injured soldiers. From there she met Артиллерийского Von Maple, where both caught eyes on each other. Артиллерийского, or Artillery, as she likes calling him in, was a soldier and was injured when a lead billet penetrated his right flipper. This was the conversation:
Tania: "Здравствуйте. Пожалуйста, садитесь." (Hello. Please, sit.)
(Artillery sits down on a cot) Artillery: "Zank you."
Tania: "Zo vyu speak in Envlish. My name is Tania. Tania Tvarkov."
(Artillery stares at her, then looks at his flipper, then winces) Artillery: "It hurts, y'know?"
Tania: "I see. Vell, let me get a heat pack." (Tania leaves the room)
(Artillery feels something warm on his chest. He checks and doesn't see blood.) Artillery: "Odd. I vell varm but zere isn't vlood! Iz this... oh vo no no..."
(Meanwhile... Tania was getting a heat pack) Tania: "He's zo handzome, I zell you, comvrade." (Tania looks at her friend, Natalia)
Natalia: "Zat's vat we call love, Tania."
Tania: "But vill he love me vack?"
Natalia:"Do penvins see colors?"
Tania:"Alvight fine."
End of conversation.
Months after the incident, the two engaged and got married, making the Tvarkov-Von Maple bond exist. A few more months later in the war, Artillery was half-dead and bleeding badly after a bomb explosion he was unfortunately near. She gave him a blood transfusion with her blood, and he became immortal.
NRR Directorism[edit]
Days after the death of President Stallin, she was appointed Director of the NRR. She lead the agency until the agency's shutdown. When it came back online, she volunteers to return to her seat and the government says yes. But 5 months after, she steps down and gives the Director status to Alverich Lovilov after a major operation which led to her deputy director and other executive officers killed in combat.

Now, she stays in the Tvarkov Base with Artillery, and occasionally goes Target practice with Artillery and Rogue.
Background[edit]
Tania is an extremely kind woman who wouldn't bother taking a bullet for anyone she trusts, since she is immortal. She is a natural leader and likes using weapons.

She is a green penguin who wore traditional, Ruscan clothes. She has brown hair.
