Tatsuo no Seigi, literally meaning the Masculine Dragon of Justice, is a rogue Samurai, cast out from his order because of an unforgivable sin done to his Sensei, of which everyone blamed him for that. Due to this, he left his clan, never to return amidst a great civil unrest within the order of the Jitsus. Wielding his blade, Dawnrise, he roams Antarctica, seeking out the truth as to who framed him for the death of his Sensei. As of yet, it has not been revealed to him, but through the power of money, drinks, and concentration of his power, he hopes to find the one responsible for the madness.

Background

Tatsuo is a penguin of hardships, one of which he had to endure as he grew up both in his clan and after he was exiled. He grew exhaustive of the work, wishing he could just get over the task at hand, having no reason to continue on other than for who framed him. He uses it every day to push himself forward.

Early Childhood

Born to a family of aristocrats, trading with the outside world, he was born on Club Penguin Island, having a stable economy as well as the essentials of a healthy and happy boy. Living in the secluded sanctuary for his kind, he was raised on the values of Nin-jitsu, as well as the philosophy of Sensei, being a close follower of his speakings. To help out his community, he would often volunteer to guard to hatchlings from any danger, as well as keeping them warm when the parents were away.

He had only one relative, an older brother named Shunsuke. He was currently studying in his classes, but often stopped by to visit Tatsuo and his guard duties. His parents were often out managing different shops to gain money to buy items to trade.

Mid-Teenage years

For his 16th birthday, he was given a sword, but not just any sword. This blade, Dawnrise, was a special sword that could slice through anything. Made of solid carbon-steel alloy, as well as a gold encrusted hilt with red leather, it was the ultimate blade, as well as where he found out he was able to use the art of the Dragonbreath, a combination of the wind of Snow and Fire to launch various types of attacks to the foes. This was most commonly a tornado, a fiery shank, or a dragon encircling the enemy as he slams them to the ground from the air, known as the New Dawn attack.

From this moment on, his Sensei would have the task of teaching him the art of the Dragon Style Nin-jitsu, since he was the only one in his generation to have mastered it. During this time, Tatsuo was given advanced guard duty, most commonly protecting even the Sensei himself. Eventually, he became his Sensei's most trusted guard, protecting him whenever there was any danger. This was most evident in the Great Snowzerland War I.

However, during The Freezelandian War, something terrible occurred. His Sensei was found murdered with the same type of Dragon Style attack that Tatsuo can perform. Shocked, he was soon cornered by his relatives and friends, forcing himself to cut them out of his way, forever on the run for a sin he did not commit. One by one, the clan sent Ninjas, assassins, warriors to deal with him. They couldn't catch up with the Dragon.

For 5 years, he hid out, unable to return, until he became a traveling samurai, one of which was unknown to his clan entirely. He wielded his blade, clutching it in case of an ambush.

Adulthood and the Showdown

After years of hiding, the clan finally sent someone worthy of trying Tatsuo, Shunsuke. Upon arriving, Tatsuo was shocked at him. He became the head guard, and was dawned in golden red armor. Tatsuo, meanwhile, had a single spaulder clad in iron with his old clan's insignia, as well as a tattered cloth cloak hiding his upper body. Strapped around him a rope, as well as his belt and sheath for his sword. Along with his pants and shoes, he wielded nothing more.

Quickly, he unsheathed his blade, heat emanating off of it, as well as a convection current. Shunsuke did the same, unsheathing an engraved blade. The two clashed, only this time, it would be the last. Tatsuo cut through him with ease, leaving no marks for a minute until Shunsuke collapsed. Tatsuo leaned on him, begging his spirit for forgiveness.

He took his belongings and began trekking out of the U.S.A, but not while posting an offering to his clan, saying that when they're ready to forget his "sin," contact him.

Present Day

Tatsuo currently roams across Antarctica, ruthlessly hunting down those whom cause harm in hopes it was them that ruined his past. With every blow, he learns more of his past, and slowly but surely, he will remember the atrocity and the perpetrator whom did it.

Powers

Tatsuo is a master of the sword, becoming known as one of the greatest swordsman in the region. Wielding a katana, he is able to make it flow like a dragon, slice like the wind, and hurt like fire. Because of the constant killing he has to do, he has grown no remorse to anyone, and is only bound by the code of honor he set for himself. Ruthless, cunning, witty, and an observer, Tatsuo is a dangerous person to go up against.

Being the only one in his generation to master the Dragon-style technique, Tatsuo is able to summon heat and wind to his aid, often incorporating it into his attacks. His sword can become imbued with heat, and after several strikes through the cold, can launch a tornado to the enemy, knocking them into the air briefly. He can summon a wall of wind and heat, which disintegrates anything shot at him on contact for a short while. As suggested, he can dash from enemy to enemy, leaving a mark on them that can be triggered to scald them. His considerably most powerful Fire type move is New Dawn, where he launches an enemy in the air, strikes them 3 times, and slams them to the ground, often resulting in a bright light.

While not a Water-style wielder, he knows one move that takes both Fire and Water to do, calling it "a move that will never miss." Taking the opponent outside, he tries to launch as much tornadoes as possible, causing the air to grow warm and make a possible thundercloud. As lightning begins to charge in the atmosphere, he concentrates all his power into his blade, causing it to electrify from the dryness of the blade combined with the moisture in the air. As the thunderstorm begins to crash and boom, Tatsuo points his blade and jabs it, causing the current to be transfered through the air. As the lightning looks for a contact point, it connects through the air to the jab location, shooting a giant bolt down from the sky. Since lightning is so fast, it's said to "never miss," therefore. This takes an immense amount of energy, and he must often rest afterwards.
