Explanation

Name of the court.
Established	What year was this court established?
Jurisdiction	Despite what this says, this is actually the JURISDICTION section. What does this court have authority over? If national, USA. If state, the state.
Location	Location of the courthouse.
Composition method	How are the judges selected? Are they nominated and confirmed? Appointed straight? Elected? Inherited/dynastic? Ect. ect.
Authorized by	From WHAT does the court have a right to exist? Unlike lower courts, a supreme court must have a grounding basis. In the USA, that'd be the Constitution. In the states, that is up to you.
Decisions are appealed to	Where do appeals of from this court go, if applicable? (State supreme courts go to the Federal district.)
Judge term length	How long can a judge preside?
Number of positions	How many judges are on this court?
Title of the top judge such as chief justice/senior/leading judge, if applicable.
Currently	The name of said judge.
Since	Year current chief became chief, if applicable.
Lead position ends	What year must the chief justice resign?
