The LEEGO Movie is a CGI animated comedy film, produced by Penguin Productions, and co-directed by Bill Kord and Bliss Killer, to be released in theaters on March 16, 2014. It is the first instance of the Leego brand releasing a full-length, theatrical film.
Plot[edit]
In a world made entirely of LEEGO blocks, a perfectly average, normal LEEGO minifigure named George is mistakenly identified as "The Best", the last living Super Builder. With the help of Sensei, Cadence, and Captain Antarctica, George will have to unlearn all of his uncreativity due to always building by the instructions. Together, they will stop the dictator of Blocksburg, President Awesomeness, from destroying the universe by breaking it apart.
Release[edit]
The LEEGO Movie has released in cinemas all across Antarctica on March 16, 2014. The DVD release is planned for sometime in August 2014. The film will be marketed with the release of a set line inspired by the film.
