The Starer is an evil Penguin that stares at everyone for one day. He never blinks, nor moves.
Background[edit]
The Starer was born in May 9 1988. He was a chick that always loved to stare and he was quite chatty too. He always got a problem, getting stuck in snow. Everyday he always get one part of his body stuck in snow for about 30 minutes. But one day he got both of his feet stuck in the snow and all his muscles froze (besides his mouth) and the only word he can say is Rissssil as years pass of him stuck in the snow he was teaching himself to the ways of EEVIL!
