Therapy (stylised as THERAPY) is the third studio album by Telephonian producing duo Tim and Tom. It follows their second album Adulation of the Monster two years after its release. The album was released on August 24, 2014 by Club Penguin Music Records for CD and digital download. The album, as always, was mainly produced by Tim and Tom themselves, with DJ Crow, Randy Rulon and Il Grinta assisting them in production. The album was recorded between April 2013 and July 2014. Therapy features guest appearances from DJ Crow, Joe-Q, Blake, Greasy Spoon, Meaghan, Smooth Frogg, Ethan Dubbs, Big Paul, Anna Ice, Nova Boom of Roadway and Loony Scoundrel. The album contains less features than Tim and Tom's previous two albums.
Therapy contains much more instrumental and trap-influenced songs, differing slightly from their typical house tracks as a entirety. Tim and Tom aimed at a less pop/mainstream audience with the album, broadening their audience at the same time. Less singles were released than their normal amount and kept a recurring theme throughout the album, going in a completely different direction to what they normally did.
Upon release, Therapy was met with positive reviews from critics. Four singles were release before the album hit stores; "Chair", "Cage Fight", "Straight THRU the WALLS" and "Potion". Therapy sold 234,714 copies in the USA in its first week, as well as 641,766 copies in their homeland of Tel-Ah-Phon.
