The Unknown SIC Member, more commonly known among the group as just Jack for purposes of normality, is part of the Shops Island Administration, and an Administrator in the Shops Island Council, which he's most famous for, hence the SIC in his code name. Jack is the owner of the Red Shield Bank, a privately owned banking organization which secretly stockpiles money in Shops' treasury, surprisingly without interest.
Infamously shrouded in his black cloak and beige fedora, Jack's appearance is hard to perceive. He sometimes shows tufts of blond hair, and seems to have a black-pigmented skin; darker than usual. His outfit looks very much like that of a Sith, except for the casual drawstrings and the hat.
Background[edit]
Very little is known about Jack. As far as anyone is concerned, he was born and raised somewhere in Eastshield. But, most of his past is kept hidden due to a scandal, almost as shocking and embarrassing as the Pen Chi Scandal. Almost nothing is known about it, but, some of his past friends (identities hidden for security reasons) were interrogated by the SIA and an approximate storyline was produced.
The Scandal[edit]
The Jack Scandal, as it's known, happened in October 2009, where he allegedly attacked many penguins with a plumber's wrench and a sledgehammer. He chased the penguins around, threatening them, but however, nobody got hurt. He was imprisoned, but he got out in September 2010. He moved to Club Penguin Island where he'd live for 1 whole year. In September 2011, he moved to Shops Island. In January 2012, he was given a spot on the Shops Island Council, where he works until this day.
Involvement[edit]
Jack is part of the Shops Island Council, as an administrator, along part of Shops Island's government in the administration. He's known to have brought up great solutions to many economic problems with the help of Bro, along with suggesting and implementing new security measures.
He also pushed to invest more money into a stronger military. His wish finally became true in March 2013 when president Lavender ordered the expansion of the military. He also tried to abolish the Aristocracy-like promotion system on the island, and somewhat succeeded. This made him an excellent peace-keeper between the UTR and Shops Island when their relations were weak.
Jack also serves in the City of Goberna's government, as a corporate chairman and representative. There, he represents the Red Shield Bank and their respective votes in city affairs.
He plays a much more minor role now that many of his ambitions have been fulfilled. He usually just attended council meetings to voice his opinion.

- The SIA keeps tabs on him, and wants him removed from the government and replaced with LMGT.
- Him and Bro never seem to be in the same room at any given time.
- He denied a position in the Common Legislature when it was created.
