The Wall of Balls is a term for the recognition some penguins get if they are good editors of the Unnderground Clubb Phengin Weekee
See, when a penguin makes a good edit on the Weekee, they get a spherical object known as a ball. If they do more, they will get more balls. Eventually if they get enough balls, and did something vaguely special, they can trade them in for a place of the Wall and access to the Ball Room. The balls are then recycled.
A penguin will also get a "Wall of Balls" ID card, which has a picture of them behind a wall with wallpaper that has pictures of balls on it.
