User:Agent Johnson/Master successors

At some point and in some way, the Masters of the Universe will die.

I think that we should now decide their sucessors. Here is what I propose:

• Author - dunno
• Narrator - dunno
• Illustrator - dunno
• DJ - Crow
• Director - A Board of Directors (will explain later)

For the Director thing, I was thinking that after Director Benny was killed/deleted/died of natural causes, the BoF realised how the Director position could easily be abused and to prevent this, they appointed a Board of Directors (this can go to the Board of Fiction as part of some extended powers or something, there can be a Board of Directors or it can be named as the Board of Governors.

This isn't being enforced nor is this a vote (yet). Right now it's opinions and ideas only.

• Explorer planned giving one of Explorer's Puffles the Director role in the future. As for Keith's replacement, I've chalked up a replacement, but haven't actually pitched it. --† TurtleShroom™! • IMO, I think Director Benny's plan with XTUX would work...except by the time Benny left the job, XTUX had mellowed somewhat, making him slightly less efficient than Benny had hoped. --Austin8310 ^{Bow ties are COOL.} 22:49, 19 January 2011 (UTC)

• After the Wikia Catastrophe, there's a lot of change in staff. (BTW: After Wikia Catastrophe CP Fanon splits from Wikia, reminiscent of our move) Here's the new line up:

1. Author - Mayor McFlapp (Billybob retires. McFlapp holds the post for twenty more years until somebody else takes over.)
2. Narrator - Luce (resumes her post as narrator. She's a HP, and by 2020 HPs are the stuff of legend. They all go into hiding. Luce could simply return to the job she loves and since she's immortal she can stay there forever.)
3. Illustrator - ? (I'd say Speeddasher. Maybe he decides to settle down after the Wikia Catastrophe and focus more on his illustrating)
4. DJ - ? (Probably Crow, but I'd love the irony of having a TS descendant in there)
5. Director - Clyde (Explorer's puffle) - Benny is removed from his post after it is discovered he gave Director Kenny vital information about wikia, which was then passed onto Virus.

Speeddasher, eh? That's a REALLY good idea, but I'm not sure if he can break the Fourth Wall. Also, good luck removing Benny. The only thing that can remove Benny is Benny's death. He's not immortal (the other Masters locked his date with death in the coding of the Fourth Wall itself), but I am entertaining the idea of him living to be General Puff's age, but as poetic justice, his body begins to age rapidly as he does. --† TurtleShroom™! Benny can be removed if We command it. After something so evil (treason) he deserves punishment, and that punishment may condemn him to be a low-ranking employee, forever sneering at the Masters and grumbling at them.--Sir Kwiksilver of TARDIS-What kind of hallway is this? We can't directly command, not even in the BOF. We have to use our puppets to do that. Besides, do you REALLY want to rid the BOF of Benny? He's one of the best villains and he loves to delete and abuse his power.

Also, I think that there should be intermediary Masters before your final ideas. The Rudy/Chalk Zone character has potential for a duration (I've planned him out a bit) and then some others and then Speeddasher, perhaps.

As for the DJ, I personally think that the position should be abolished and its department dissolved and incorporated into the Director, Narrator, and Author departments, depending on what part. Or, maybe the irony of a TS relative turns "Master DJ" into "Master Composer", and the Masters abolish the position before it gets worse. Remember, though, that TurtleShroom's Family is extremely superstitious and possess bitter hatred towards the Fourth Wall. Any Jones with Foruth Wall abilities would be like an Amish man with the power to control electricity. There would be little use for it, and though it may crop up from time to time, it wouldn't be significant enough to effect anything. Plus, the other members might shun him.
