Penguinpuffdude/Sandbox/Psdawistakanato, is an island just off one of the coasts of Frankterre. It is run by penguins who came from Batavia and Frankterre, which is why they speak in a mix of French and Dutch. The king of this island is King Winnit I, who came from Antarctica. The capital of Belgica is Greenleaves, due to the fact vegetables grew well there.

History

Not long ago after (we presume) the human version of Belgica was inhabited, penguins began to flourish in the region. They made three tribes, the Quiff Tribe, the Yellow Tribe and the Frankterre-Batavia Tribe. After some time, the Quiff Tribe became more flourishing, and they were easily recognized with their love of fashion. The Yellow Tribe became rare, since they are recognizable with their love of the colour yellow. The Frankterre-Batavia Tribe, however, were almost as plentiful as the Quiff Tribe. They were recognized if they spoke French mixed with Dutch. About 100 AD, penguins began moving into Belgica, making the island more populous. It was a very peaceful island, until 1490 AD, when the last of the Yellow Tribe declared war with the Quiff and the Frankterre-Batavia Tribe, by dipping arrows in poison, then shooting the most important penguins at the time. Then began what was the Belgican War. In 1505 AD, peace was declared and the Yellow Tribe intermarried with Quiffs and Frankterre-Batavian penguins. In 1640, the first seatrain was built. It was kept secret until Belgica officially opened up in 1990. Suddenly, one day in 1970, penguins in Belgica found out that a human made a cartoon series called Tintin. It was also conveniently in Belgian, which is a mixture of French with Dutch, so it didn't have to be translated. Sadly, some of it didn't make much sense, an example is that one of the books is called Flight 714 to Sydney, and apparently nobody knows what a "Sydney" is. However, it soon became a craze, and the original anthem (now the royal anthem) was replaced with a new anthem, For strange animals with blonde hair and the national motto was changed into Great Snakes!, a catchphrase the cartoon character uses. In 2000, a new king was crowned, he was King Winnit I, who encouraged the cartoon Tintin to be translated into every language in the Fan universe. In 2016, Alfred was declared heir to the Belgican throne, due to his (with his friend Penguinpuffdude's) love of the comic Tintin.

• Alfreda - It is rumored that King Winnit I chose Alfred to be heir because of the strange fact that it sounds like Alfred (with an a at the end) and Alfred, back in Antarctica, likes the Belgian comic Tintin. It is 17 miles across and only takes up two-tenths of the land.

• Finally... Winnstion - This was a popular area for its happiness and joy. Whenever somebody goes there, they suddenly feel happy. It is just 15 miles across. It takes up one-tenths of the land.

The rest are small villages.
