Ok. So like Sensei's age, I think that Herbert's family story needs some officializing.
My idea is the following:
The people were born in these years-
- Hubert Bear- 1970
- Martha Bear- 1974
- Hubert Bear Jr.- 1982
- Mary Bear- 1983
- Henry Bear- 1986
- Henrietta Bear- 1986
- Herbert Bear- 1988
- Jobert Bear- 1988
- Bobby Bear- 1989
Now, about the whole "--- P. Bear" and "--- H. Bear" and all this stuff, I'm thinking that maybe with polar bears in general, the middle and last names (like "P. Bear") could be the last name. In the herbert family, the last name could be "Percival Bear" possibly which would call for a change in a few articles. It would also explain Herbert's girlfriends' name being "B. Bear".
Now with the relationship status, I think that should stay like it is on this page for the main family members. I'm just saying this because I saw some pages that said different stuff, like Henrietta was herbert's cousin and henry's brother, which would contradict henry's page saying he's henrietta AND herbert's brother.
In real polar bears:
- Usually live 25 years, but die because they're too old and can't hunt food.
- Males and Females reach sexual maturity at 6 and 4, respectively.
- In captivity they've lived up to 40 years old.
The reason I have all the bears being born 20-40 years ago is because in my storyline the whole family is non-meat eaters so they wouldn't have to hunt food anymore. Even if they are meat eaters (like henry and them) then it'd be ok because in Antarctica they can get food easily :P
