User blog:Feey1/Upload Doesn't WORK

I'm trying to upload a 1 MB photo onto this wiki, but the thing wouldn't let me! It keeps saying that the photo is too large, but the maximum photo size is 100 MB. What the heck is going on here? --User:Feey1!! 21:42, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
