User blog:Happyface414/User Roles?

I THNK WE SHOULD HAVE USER roles, or jobs? Here are some ideas.

1. Messanger(Contacts wikia for whoever asks them too)
2. Secretary(Edits sitenotice to tell people what's going on)
3. Recruiter(Advertises our site on random websites)

We won't have any of these on RfA. Instead, we'll just have new volunteers every month.

BTW, there are 3 recruiters. These guys might be permanent.
