So there's a man in The Saga of Darren Shan series - he's called Mr. Desmond Tiny. Shorten Desmond to Des, and join it up with tiny - you get destiny. Now Mr. Tiny here can see into the future. He controls what happens and what not. Thinking about Mayor McFlapp and Mayor Crepsley, are you? Well they are in the fanon universe. This will be for real! Now most of my ideas go flop, but I think this could be a good one. It could be related to Vampenguins and what not!

It will bring us lots of good ideas! We would need a word with the Time Agency, though. If that's in fanon universe.
