We recently recieved an order from the Snoss government, asking to send Fisch back. We have decided to comply with this and have declared Fisch an illegal emigrant.

In defence, Dan attempted to find a way to stay but failed. Melvin from the SPC has sided with him. Under advice from me, The X Leader, Melvin will attempt to reclass him as a refugee. If so, we'll move him to a refugee camp, for reasons of taxation. --The X Leader, Superintendent
