Metric had it square-on.
The answer is DICK CHENEY.
You see, Dick Cheney, in conspiracies, acted as the real President, not Bush. Bush was a puppet, the Bush was a lie.
He had all of this crazy control over the country and employeed his cronies (Bush's Cabinet) to manipulate things to his favor and his oil company. His power was unprecedeneted and evil and did not obey the Constitution.
His oil company is called Halliburton, and conspiracies think that Halliburton caused 9/11 and that the War on Terror is an oil war. Of course, that's wong, and Dick Cheney left Halliburton in 2000. They said the same thing about Vietnam, too, but replace oil with tin and magnesium, and that was their theory. History repeats itself, so don't believe all of the Foldies and Keiths out there.
TurtleShroom will have incorporated elemenets of Dick Cheney and Halliburton in him. Holyberden, the parody, is a secret administration corporation that controls Puff Flags.
Conspiracy theorists just LOVE Halliburton. See, they talk about Halliburton no-bid contracts and Halliburton killing people just to get oil. Of course, the conspirist, like the cake, is a lie, but still, don't you just love crazy people? No-bid contracts with Halliburton did exist, the last time I checked, but not in Iraq. Oh, but they ARE the Pentagon's #1 fuel supplier and they have been known to over charge. That's not the war, that's just greed.
Anyway, Holyberden has secret control over amusement parks and stock (and thus a bit of backdoor control) in other industries like <removed>, the <removed>, <removed> and the <removed>.
Turtlenators, whether they know it or not, are unknowingly working with Holyberden and recieve, if they ask for it, lifetime passes to Puff Flags, which TSP has a huge stake in. That thirty one percent of stick is JUST TSP himself (yes, TurtleShroom has stock in Puff Flags), 37% more has been bought by secret employees working for Holyberden, and when they buy them, they give the stock to the Dictator. Why else is there a no-emalf policy in Puff Flags? How else could you explain the unnecessary manholes?
Clearly, TSP has a labyrinth of tunnels under his Palace that the BOF doesn't know about. TurtleShroom (penguin) can leave the Palace without anyone knowing!
TURTLESHROOM HAS SECRET CONTROL IN THE AMUSEMENT PARK INDUSTRY. TURTLESHROOM'S PAST HAVE REFERENCES TO DICK CHENEY. TURTLESHROOM HAS A CONGLOMERATE COMPANY THAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE INFLUENCE IN SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULD NEVER SEE COMING. YOU FEAR TURTLESHROOM.
