So Club Penguin just announced that they would be releasing a new mobile game called Club Penguin Island. From what I've seen from the trailer, it looks like it's basically Club Penguin but 3D animated and it's a whole new island. This could be bad news for the Fanon Wiki since I've heard rumors that the regular Club Penguin will shut down when Island releases in 2017, but I'm not entirely sure about that. If CP isn't shutting down, it could be good news, since as it looks like Island takes place in a whole new location, it could make for many new articles. Tell me what you think about this on the talk page and if you can, confirm any rumors or Island storylines.
