Not just for Christmas, they can be for other occasions too. Birthdays, Easter, Halloween, you name it.
Now onto articles...
Always room for improvement. Remember that. You could have the best article on the wiki, but it still can be improved. To make a more friendly atmosphere, try teaming up with people. 2 or maybe even more people working on one article can yield great results. I also recommend offering to team up with people you don't know too well. That way, you both get to know each other and you both get to make a new friend.
I am well aware that there are some people that wouldn't work well together. That's cool and I'll respect that. You can either try patching things up or avoid like the plague. It's up to you hafu.
New articles go down the drain really fast and are overpowered by the popular ones, so if you see a new article pop up then edit it. Even a minor edit such as grammar fixing is an improvement.
I really have very little to address now since I'll assume people have been heeding my advice or that I'm just not paying attention. I may or may not be active on the weekends due to college but I will try to help when I can - maybe even write one or two articles of my own.
O ya, and I'd also like to add about one thing that's been bothering me..
Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians[edit]
You have a LOT of sysops and bureaucrats on here. There's really no need to have so many here. There's about 5 odd people who aren't an admin position and about more than 10 admins. You really don't need that many monitoring us. Demote the inactive ones. I'd try to keep at least 5 bureau's, 3 sysop's and a load of rollbacks.
The rollbacks that REALLY shine above the rest should be promoted to sysop. The sysops that REALLY shine above the rest should be promoted to Bureaucrat. Catch my drift? Z K out.
