User blog talk:Snowstormer/Jsudsu censoring.
Yes, I agree it was a foolish and unauthorized move. I'll start reverting when I can get back to my computer. --

Necessary Censorship (Read all, please)[edit]
*Bold = Key Points
First and foremost, it was extremely rude to rollback the numerous spelling edits that went along with the censorship because the whole process took more than two hours to do. Could have just reverted the "Inappropriate Term" stuff, Penstubal. Let me be clear of the words I censored so far, and please excuse me having to directly state these explicit words just to make a point:
F***, Sex Kick, Ass, Porn, Sex, Prostitute (misspelled a lot), Slut(s) , Virgin, Virginity, Reproduction (Used in an explicit way), Aborted Fetus (Used in an explicit way), Sexual perversions, Sexual fantasies, Sexual, "Sexual relations (e.g. intercourse, kissing)," Sodomy, "having screwed around with a woman (or women)," Piss (As in urinating), SH*T (All in CAPS), Sh*t, Genitalia, Naked, Damn (Which also means "Damnation," damning someone to hell, according to the Bible. Extreme hate.), Shiz (Can be referred biologically, and no, not urine), Sexual references, Rape, Raping, Rapist, Sodomically, Raped, Sodomic Rape, Graphic Porn, Porno, Pornography, Child Porn, Sexual terms, Sexual Slurs, Sex Life, Sexuality, etc.
Surprised? Want proof? All extracted from my contributions. I actually found the F-word, and that was the first word I searched up. :O
So, please imagine if you combine all of these words together. You will get every young couple's dream, yet having this content on a PG site? This is extremely inappropriate and intolerable. Why? Imagine if a preteen parent reads this stuff. Ban from the computer, or even worse? I totally understand that this is real life, and we are bringing real life issues onto this kids fantasy world. This behavior and habit of the use of these terms, however, is not age-appropriate for PG (Parental Guidance, for those who don't understand yet).
It might just be your talk page, and people might not even read it, considering how much piles of unused and inactive articles there are. However, it is still there. A couple of those words are even in articles, believe-it-or-not. I laughed, obviously, when I read it, and did what I could to eradicate all of them.
Maybe some people don't care, but...
==IRC Issues== TS, my parents banned me on the IRC today...because Tux decided to post a "Inappropriate Term" on the freaking CPFW channel and i blindly clicked it! Please talk to him about it. --![]()

The good thing about the "Inappropriate Term" is that if you put your mouse over it, it actually shows you what is actually there.
Now, I get how some of you are grown up, dating in real life, and what not. Explorer767 quit because he is too old for this. However, Asemhar and many others are underaged. Penstubal is probably underaged too. But, you got to hear what habit he is adopted.
[06:36] <Penstubal> im home [06:39] <Penstubal> WHAT THE FUCK IS MANNEQUIN!! [06:46] <Penstubal> I quit
This isn't the first time he started swearing on the IRC, for others can prove this. Penstubal, in case you are blaming me for this, I didn't encourage you to swear. It is a habit, a habit which you have been addicted to do.
If you have complaints against these censorships, please ask any admin, and I am sure they might complain at first. But, I must ask you to do something first. Show your parents the list of explicit words up there. Wouldn't that be a "foolish" thing to do right, TheBroMaster?
Censoring, or removing these words, would be the best way to prevent that foolish act from happening. Replacing these words with "Inappropriate Term" may be silly, but really this is the first time there was a massive censoring, and no one really cares and wants to un-censor everything. (If anyone can prove me otherwise. Probably TS, because he cares about censoring.)
Amigopen was the only person I witnessed that appreciated what I have done. Well, she or he acknowledged my hard work after irritated Penstubal rollbacked some of my censoring, grammar, and spelling corrections. I rolled them back after. The only people I see that are dedicated in preventing explicit slang are TurtleShroom and Swiss Ninja. If you are dedicated, and I didn't mention you, please refute, reply, and claim that you do, only if you want to.
So I ask you again, Penstubal, why did you rollback my time-consuming edits? Wouldn't you feel grateful, or even appreciate, that someone else had to do all that spelling correction and censoring work for you? Next time, please ponder about how much effort someone has put into their work before you block, ban, or rollback.
P.S. Club_Penguin_Fanon_Wiki:Articles_of_Articles <- Refresh your mind. Note immoral content. Also, if you read the {{Welcome}} template, Fanon is censored (In bold), unlike Wikipedia.
P.S.S. Snowstormer, I did not censor "Homosexual," nor did I censor "Homosexuality." I completely understand that there was a debate about that... And, no? Not even "Crap"?

(Yay, I'm mentioned again! :D ) --not amigopen 05:55, 2 August 2013 (UTC)
I did not even know such vulgar language was being used on the Fanon until Jsudsu pointed them all out. (Or maybe it all happened during my outcast phase).
I personally do not mind minor swearing/insults as I am not a sensitive person but it is important to think about what type of environment younger users are editing and chatting in. I cannot say for sure that the Fanon is responsible for certain users adopting the use of bad language as is natural for teens (and other human beings) to convey feelings through such words.
J thought that this was the right thing to do, judging by the rules. J's efforts must be accounted and considered. I would feel absolutely enraged to have spent so much of my time doing an efficacious deed that always had a positive intention to see it all reverted without question. He was only following the rules. I don't see the point in having rules if they're just going to be neglected and shunned. However I do think that some of these censors have dug holes in certain pages. Not all the censoring was needed but you can't be mentioning words like these.
This censoring is not as massive of a problem that users are making out. There's barely any peace on the Fanon in the first place. This is why I've felt to leave like our previous set of users. It's frustrating to constantly see that there's always some sort of conflict occurring.
I could write an 800+ word essay about my opinion but a simplified version is enough for now. Anybody can ask me privately, if you are willing to.
I'd do something about this if I had the power to. But instead, you can settle for my two pence.
Thank you. (not.) -- ¤ (User page!) (Turn the fan on. / Hating the new wave of articles.) 13:13, 2 August 2013 (UTC)
Well[edit]
Well, I saw a censored "crap" somewhere, I'm pretty sure. Also I'm pretty sure "homosexual" was censored, or maybe it was "sexuality". Yes, a lot of those words you posted have to be censored, while a lot don't. Of course words such as "sl*t", "f*ck", "sh*t", "b*tch" and stuff have to be censored. At least with an asterisk. Words like "sex" however, don't have to. For once, "sex" can also mean "gender", and for twice, "sex" isn't even a swear, it's a part of life. Of course, who would put "sex" in articles, no, that'd be inappropriate. But in discussions, I think it'd be fine. Just pointing it out there - please don't censor discussions or talk pages. It's annoying to find out that no one actually messaged you. If there is something foul-mouthed in an article, I guess it is fine. But I still don't get why you censored "naked" and "nude"... --
