HELP! I NEED A RUSSIAN SURNAME!

I need total help! In my next story after Lets Turn the Lights Out, the next is called Merry Christmas, Agents!. The story is suppose to make Rogue understand her past once and for all, but I need help! I'm already building the plot and the sketches for the characters but I need help in here! In the last scenes, she is supposed to know who her lost sister is, who is 18 years old and took their mother's maiden name! It has to end with a T, since the initial of Rogue is T as well! I only have Tvodka, but it doesn't seem so nice....

Changes

Hey Rouge, I think we need to discuss something.

First of all, though your Character(s) can be born in Russia, they are only allowed to stay there for a limited amount of time.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, the wiki FORBIDS Human contact with Penguins and Puffles! This means your characters cant live in a House in Moscow or be a member of the KGB (a group that stopped existing 20 years ago...)

The Solution?

You can use the Fanon Universe's parody nations to set the scene for your characters. Luckily, we have a Russia parody here, known as Rusca. It is an Island replica of the real Russia but only with Penguins and Puffles living there instead of Humans.

Please make these changes soon.

• Clovis is part of the EPF only.

• Clovis can't speak Russian. Only English and Spanish.

• Clovis is good friends with King Carlos of Castilla.

Also, read Clovis's character page and if you have time, stories about Clovis's adventures like EPF Agents Dave and Clovis and specific scenes in Operation Blackout to see how Clovis behaves, thinks, likes, dislikes, and has seen.

I was actually in Manila in December of last year, stayed in Antipolo, but I did frequent Ortigas and Makati (mostly SM Metro East, Sta. Lucia, MegaMall, Greenbelt and TriNoma). Go ahead and finish the article (you may also have the proprietorship of the article as well). First and foremost, I want to thank and praise you for your creative brilliance. The Rookie scenes are uproarious and simply a good read. I commend your creativity and ambition, along with Fooly, who deserves a shout-out himself. You are really good at all of this; I am very impressed.

Now, this one is long overdue. The Finipines is a parody, and likewise is its former tyrant, Marcos. He is not actually going to be consistent or accurately following the real dictator. A parody isn't supposed to be a copy and paste. A parody needs to have significant differences alongside similarities. It must be similar enough to get the joke, but different enough to fit the exisitng universe and add on originality. Parodies must be as original as they are a parody, and THAT is why Marcos is not fully true to his history.

I'm too busy to directly help you write it, but I can give you some facts about Glaw. First of all, it's a parody of the Republic of Louisiana (before Louisiana joined the Confederate States of America). Also, the culture is highly influenced by the Frankish, a bit by the Antarcticans, and an even smaller bit by the Castillans. In larger cities, many penguins like to wear fancy clothes (like you may think Southerners would wear. The white suits; and big, fluffy dress, etc.); however, in smaller communities there are more Rednecks...so not so much fancy clothing around. The Glowus citizens live in wooden houses, and like to go outdoors a lot. There are many, many plantations covering the monarchy...mainly cotton plantations and other cash crops. TS makes a great mentor with the extensive knowledge that he has, though he is not always readily available as often as he used to be.

If you want, I could be of some services to you, since i'm the second oldest user (by both age and time being here) who is willing to help new users. If you want to connect with users in real time and talk to them live, I STRONGLY suggest visiting the IRC, which is linked above the blue sitenotice box right next to the link, "Partners".

When you go on the IRC, type in your username and join the wiki. There will be a box to type in stuff at the very bottom of the page. Usually, the Fanon's IRC channel is relatively quiet during the day, though I am online from around 7:30 to 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, which would be about 10:30 to 12:00 PM in Philipine time.

On the IRC, i will be able to speak to you live and is extremely efficient.

Ok. I've already seen the stories, and I think at the end of three chapters, we could continue with the story of all four characters.

As for Project: New Blood, I've been planning a phase 2. I've yet to finalize the plans, but it has got to do with wikia. That's right, I intend to bring the wikia members here, and set up a task group of 3-4 to delete all the pages on the old CPFW and redirect them here.

Chapter

I'm halfway done with it. I've got writer's block, and I can't think of much as I need to study, and the haze here is real bad (it just hit 401 at 1 pm). Anyways, a brief story plan.

Taking the 1 am flight to Club Penguin flight from South Pole City, he expects to reach Club Penguin and relax (after spending a hectic week developing plans, testing out weapons, etc.). However, the plane is delayed, and he only reaches CP before dawn.

Having little sleep, he gets to the Coffee Shop for some java, but the trucks have broken down, and he screams at the waiter. After calming down, he heads to the EPF HQ for target practice.

The customer service lady just nodded and smiled. But I think she was petrified, as I could see sweat rolling down her face, and she was practically trembling.

Of all days that a flight to be cancelled, it had to be today, and it had to to be my flight. "CURSE YOU, DIRECTOR BENNY!!!" I yelled once again. Up in my head, I could hear snickering voices. But first things first. I was stuck in South Pole City, and I would be a day late for my break after a month long of exhausting work. It had been like this for the past few days.

• Monday - Weaponry Deveopment. I had to test out 7 weapons, sign 23 documents, attend 2 meetings

• Tuesday - Blueprints, blueprints, blueprints. I took out 12 sheets and had to design weapons nad approve other developments

• Wednesday - Haze. I had to live in thick smoke after haze hit Margate. I still had more meeting, emergency plans, and I had to save a puffle from drowining. All when the PSI hit 401.

• THursday - Mabel. Complaint all day. Not just that, also had to deal with annoying paparazzi and the media.

• Friday - Nearly hit by a bus, almost run over by an angry mob, angry (but real lazy) workers want more pay, more documents, opening of a new highway in South Pole City. And now, my plane is delayed.

Not exactly what I had in my mind. This is what:

1)A girl will enter the cafe and she wont find any seat, so Kowlaski will ask her to seat with him. She accepts.

2)They will chat. One of the target-a rich Judgy dealer-will enter the cafe. The girl will tell Kowlaski and he will follow the dealer to his villa-and capture him.

3)Kowlaski will capture a few more targets. On one of the mission the girl will reveal to Kowlaski that she is a police officer.

4)The immigrants start to use violent methods to evade capture. Kowlaski is forced to kill them.

5)When the final gang of gangsters are killed, Kowlaski will be arrested by the Batavian police.

6)The judge will attempt to sentence Kowlaski to life imprisonment-only for a Turtlenator to tell the judge that Kowlaski is a "diplomat". Sentence will be reduced to Kowlaski being banned from entering Batavia.

7)The girl will enter Kowlaski's room when he's packing his things and gives him a fake Batavian passport.

8)Kowlaski arrives at Club Penguin. Meets TurtleShroom, who revealed that he pulled some strings to make Kowlaski a "diplomat". He offered a job as a hitman (against his enemies) to Kowlaski, who declined it.

9)Said girl will be Kowlaski's girlfriend. For now.
