Scarface and what-not

I've never actually heard of "Scarface", and we don't havbe a Cuba parody.

However, I am intrigued at what you want to do. You can actually go the full monty and be a complete parody if you follow the folowing guidelines.

• If it hurts, it must not be violently descriptive.
• If it's sexual, it can't exist.
• If it's unholy, it must be cleaned.
• If it dies, it must die instantly and painlessly (or deletion).

This is the site's decency laws in four guidelines.

So, if Scarface kills, edit it so that he deletes. If Scarface beats people up, that's okay as long as you don't go into details. If Scarface is bigamous... well, he can't be bigamous because sexual immorality, adultery, and divorce is banned on this site. (Penguins are monogamous and mate for life in RL. Note that cheating on non-binding affairs, like girlfriends, IS LEGAL. You can cheat on a girlfriend but not on a wife. That is the rule of thumb.)

However, we have close subsitutues, depending on what aspect of Cuba you want!

• If you're seeking a corrupt mess of dictators, cigars, crime, and wannabe Marxists, head on down to Maverick for everything except the cigars. However, Tortuga isn't truly evil. He just steals taxpayer money but provides the citizenry with their basic neccesities, like food, water, shelter, and indoor plumbing. Tortuga is pretty fine with questioning the government as well, so there's no issues with it.

• If you want actual Marxism, go to East Pengolia, but remember that in this fictional world, it's genuine Marxism, so no gulags and no Stalin.

• If you want questioning the government to be illegal, go to many of Swiss Ninja's territories. Lese majeste (insulting the king) is a crime there. If you want to be chased by the secret police, go to a martial law realm and face the SSS.

• If you want an overall secret police experience, pose as an Un-CP editor and wait for the Inquisition to go after you. If you want to be a renegade, just depict your character commiting a crime of some sort and get ready to dodge the EPF or local cops.

• If you want to run liquor in the black market, try and get by with Cream Soda in Mattress Village, or better, break out the hard stuff.

• Seeking organized crime? Bugzy's your ma- er, beetle. Want to grow up in a land of organized crime? Double Sicilia calls!

• Want gulags? Unfortunately, I can't think of any.

• Want unlawful detainees like that of Guantanamo? The Inquisition has you covered.

P.S.: Flywish was originally a Mwa Mwa Penguin, and then an ex-Mwa Mwa Penguin? Are you going to keep that or retroactively remove it from your character, like MM changing his?

The psychological change you described that turned Flywish and company into Mwa Mwa Penguins was not illegal, and in fact, had some connections to free will. Flywish chose it initially because of depression and then became hooked. Since it started as free will, it is legal, and since he escaped it, it remains legal. --† TurtleShroom™! P.S.: What Cuba do you have in mind? I can help you, and I'm sort of interested in Flywish growing up to be a Tony Whatever parody and Scarface and such. That's a really good idea.

We already have a Carribean Dictator(s) parody.

We already have enough unused nations. Just choose something we already have and roll with it.

As for a Fidel parody, we have that. Tortuga is pretty darn close, though he's neither a commie nor a capitalist, but simply about his own wallet.
I intended him to parody the "Presidentes" of Tropico III, which is in turn a generalization of every corrupted Carribean banana republic to have ever existed, especially Cuba. Tropico's point is to parody and play as a Carribean dictator, complete with embezzlement, and yes, they have lots of cigars, though Tortuga certainly doesn't smoke.

In fact, Tortuga, as a parody of Tropico, already covers most every corrupt Carribean commander (tongue twister), from Papa/Baby Doc to Hugo Chavez to Fidel himself. Those are the only three tropical/Latin American dictaors I know by heart.

Hey Flywish, we haven't talked. Just thought we could have ideas and stuff. Maybe expand on Jenni and Familiar's relationship.

Anyways, another idea I have is using Corai's articles. As seen from contributions, he hasn't edited this wiki since October. He was close to us, and I think we should parody Jimmy Two-Shoes episodes. Maybe make a crossover with Robert O'vian.

I haven't edited here much, and hope to get a kickstart soon. Currently I am working on other fanfiction.

Mutated wedding sounds awesome. We should plan about how they go out first (And since Jenni can't speak proper english, so it'll be fun to see how they communicate)

And it's easy to watch Jimmy Two-Shoes, many episodes are on youtube. However, if you don't feel like watching, the show is prety much Spongebob in Sheol. However, Corai's articles need to be expanded on otherwise they'll be forgotted.

Deathfin

I want to use Deathfin in my (and Happy Too's) story Tran$action. I happily made a new image for Deathfin aswell. I just want to get permission from you to add stuff to the article, e.g. he carries around a chainsaw, nunchaku and axe, other bad crimes, etc. More importantly I want him to be in Owcatraz so the rest of the criminals in the story can free him (and free all the other prisoners in Owcatraz and The Facility). Yeah, that sounds cool. Also, we should think of more uniqueness for the characters. Things which haven't been done on this wiki before.

I think it might be a good idea to make the Hollands have some sort of superpowers. Coool31 tried to make a superpenguin family, but they aren't on this wiki due to being stubs. I think we can expand on his ideas, since he's not here anymore.

I know it was probably a hyperbole, but don't try to use the words "most" "best" or "only" It makes your characters sue-ish.

Anyways, their powers should reflect their talent (and vice versa). But their talent shouldn't be because of their power. So someone who's a good writer, should just be able to speak many langauges.

Don't get too excited, it's the start of a new year, and while I have more ideas, I won't be able to edit as much as I did last year.

I hope that I can get a lot one with NNE, and Maybe you could help me with it, along with the leader (what acc does he go by now? He switches so often)

Dude, that part about me quitting the wiki was a joke. Honestly Swiss Ninja made me so mad, I just lost it. And Potty John was one of the only things that came to my mind for that pharaoh parody, I could have changed if someone told me about before deleting Djoser. And now that User:Explorer 767 quit, the USA is fair game. The only reason Liguria couldn't take over the USA, is because it wasn't fair game at the time. I do plan for Yow to conquer King George's Island, Club Penguin, and Shiverpool in the future through democracy. Swiss has been driving me insane, with his jokes. He's the one who drove me over the breaking point, with his "jokes". I am tired of Swiss Ninja. I will now find some other friends on this wiki, I'm going to do more with PenblooeR, and AeroNachos. I like them, and will hang out with them more.

Something that randomly came to mind, I was working on a project clear up adopted articles by removing the templates from pages whose adopters are no longer on the wiki or haven't edited the page in a long time.
