Another bot?

Could you make anoher bot to delete any article that has Google16d9861fe2e0bcef.html in it on restore? TurtleShroom always restores it because Google Webmaster Tools says he needs to restore it, but Google indexes wikia things differently, according to staff. Yet another bot?

Can you please make another bot to delete all files that are not formatted in PNG, SVG, or animated GIF? It's part of our new image policy. Please make sure that the bot deletes ONLY new files, fresh from the upload log, not non-PNG/SVG/animated GIF files that existed before the time the bot begins deleting files. ROLEPLAY:✞-GOVERNANCE HONORS' NOTICE-✞ (as a thank you)

Joeyaa, this wiki has a roleplaying game which declares fictional "saints", which are characters who have greatly benifeted technology or nerdy characters in some way. Since this site is rather nerdy, and because you have been invualble in both this site and the CPW, I hereby (with permission from the fanon promoter) bestow the title on you, Saint Joeyaa.

Of course, you're not actually a religious Saint in reality, your canonization title exists in this site alone, though you knew that.

Anyway, I also drew a picture of your CPFW character (should you ever join us), and I hope you don't mind being a Toad. I assumed you like Toads by your picture.

On average, a fine quality edit (not a cheap cut and paste, but full edit) takes about an hour to two hours. I would reccomend you making that your Wikia Profile Image, that dog is agonizingly boring. It should be your profile. :D --† कछुए मशरूम! I'm posting the CPW's anti-fanon forums on your talk just for reference.

Okay, I've had enough. It's too much too bear. This isn't a reform forum - this is a proper forum where I've had enough of things related to Fanon. They really are annoying me! I have one thing to say to them: GO AWAY!

This is our wiki not yours. Don't you have more important things to worry about? Such as making articles unrelated to CP and talking behind peoples backs? This follows the sitenotice at the Fanon Wiki. Here it is:
The CPW is planning to rewrite the Main Page. COME ON AND EXPRESS YOUR OPINION!! The deadline of the vote is Halloween of 2009!"

I have a couple of things to say about this.

    * Okay, CPW is planning to rewrite the Main Page. Now, this is Fanon Wiki right? Not CPW. Please, stop putting your fiflthy noses in here. This is none of your business! Worry bout your own main page please!
    * COME ON AND EXPRESS YOUR OPINION!! Why? This is the Fanon wiki for crying out loud, you can't put a sitenotice up telling people to vote against on another wiki.
    * The deadline of the vote is Halloween. This is too funny! The only reason why everyone is voting against is because I put up a sitenotice. I had originally intended this forum to end 2 weeks ago, but no one was half-bothered to vote, so I was forced to extend it. Still no one voted, so I advertised it. Bad idea, if I had done this 2 weeks ago, people would be for. But because of the recent TurtleShroom talk page crisis, where people said rude things about some of us and thought that we wouldn't notice, everyone changed their minds about reforms. Now, I never intended it to finish on Halloween. Still, it makes no difference. The immature people at Fanon took this as an insult. End of. 

Now, what I want to tell you guys is that Fanon should get out of here. This is not their wiki! They have other things to worry about. It is extremely unfair to put up such a SiteNotice. What you have done, is theoritcally: once again ruined our wiki. We were on a roll 'till TurtleShroom came back, and he has persuased all those who still follow him to convert everyone back to tradition. Forget about tradition, forget about TurtleShroom: he's gone!

Here's another message to Fanon: Go away please, you have nothing to do here - take your remarks and fly off. It is very rude of you guys to make a SiteNotice telling people about these reforms. You cannot do that - this is too much!

I am closing down all current forums proposed by me temporarily, until we get to a conclusion on this forum.

To me, this forum just sounds rude. How would you feel if someone told you to "GO AWAY", or to "Get out of here"? Not very good.

I, personally, enjoy the Fanon and see nothing wrong with them. I can understand how they feel after you openly insulted them. Now, it often seems to me that my opinion is ignored, I get yelled at for doing or saying things you don't like, and you all call me a "hypocrite" just for doing things you hate. It saddens me to see that the people whom I thought were friends turn against me; just for listening to TS, and now anything I say to you is useless.

Ever since that day I listened to TS and stood up for myself, the wiki, and what was right, you've thought different of me. I felt kind of disrepected, and how you all hated TS disgusts me; he used to do the same things back in his time, and you were all fine with it. Now that he's demoted and out of power, you all disrespect him for that? Honestly, that's sickening. You even threatened to block and demote me for doing the same thing.


Now, on the IRC, TN, you told me that I used to be okay with reforms until TS came. Wrong. I've had a rough past with reforms, I even tried to reform the main page along with others; back then, seeing the hard condition of the Wiki, I was excited to see change; to finally shape up. That project (and many more) failed epically, and it was then that I hated reforms and voted against or neutral in almost all of them.

I don't think I, at first, realize what my actions are getting me into. I feel good when I've done something that someone tells me is good, then I discover I get back-talked and insulted five minutes later. Maybe I should leave (quit, for some you), that'd give you and Zap more time for your "oh so big and wonderful plans!". Don't yell at me just for posting this, because I know you will. This wiki is different now, it used to be a bit better back in the day.

Now that I think of it, I'm very glad Happyface blocked me when I was an IP. Otherwise I would have gotten tangled up with this doomed wiki and have to bear all this pressure instead of enjoying the Fanon's literary luxuries and longlasting peace.

I can't believe I was so n00bish to actually THINK this wiki was going to fly after Joeyaa's PWNsome reform (which, in fact, is the only REAL reform -- everything else was a revolution). Tigernose, this forum is very hypocritical. If you claim that your powers ar ebut "rights", and that Webmaster is a fictional rank with veto powers, than why are you vetoing the main page vote? You specifically stated your detest for the Webmaster system in the past, and you felt that democracy should overcome and that no one can have veto powers. Then, you turn around and veto the Main Page vote. You and I both know that I summoned a bunch of Fanon folks to express their opinions here by voting, but you seem to forget that said Fanon users have free will. Explorer stood up and made the link neutral compared to my super-bias, but remember that the Fanon folks could have voted yes as easily as they could have voted no. Also, they didn't vote because I said so. They all gave valid reasons along with their vote, minus me and my "just say no" vote, and Hat Pop wasn't even brought there due to my call. She voted for herself.

This forum seems to be a place where you can whine about your loss and how you were unable to instate Zapwire's precious rewrite.

I have the right to edit here as much as you do, and by your Policy, I'm not breaking any rules, so banning isn't an option.

Who are you to have the authority to say "FANON USERS, GET OUT"? How Webmaster-ish of you! They haven't done anything except cast their vote. They have not vandalized, spammed, or damaged the site in any way. Who made you Webmaster? Who gave you the authority to veto a vote that was fairly cast? If the vote was corrupted, one of us would have deleted someone else's vote or inpersonated a fellow user to add votes to our side. That never happened.


Now, you are supposed the belive that Sysops and Bureaucrats have "rights" and not "powers". However, you are conflicting that by trying to silence me and the Fanon just because they came to vote. You vetoed a vote simply because you lost because I requested Fanon users to vote their opinion too. Most Fanon folks were CPW users too, so their vote is as valid as, say, ZapWire, who once disclosed some of my personal information to the Walruses.

You stated in your Admin rant that Webmasters have the authority of veto. You went on to say the title should not exist, and that there are no Webmasters. You abolished the veto power by abolishing the Webmaster title (We do not have webmasters here. Please remove the title. They do not exist.), and therefore you, of ALL PEOPLE, can't veto anything. Vetoing was a Webmaster "right", not a Sysop "right" or a Tigernose "right".


As if that wasn't enough, you keep erasing my For and Against Votes on the Favicon debate! See the history! Even when I was the stinking Dictator, I didn't erase people's votes!


By erasing votes and vetoing orders, you are in violation of Section Six of the Privacy Doctrine.
The Policy says:

    You cannot block people or change things just because it is your desire.

You are just upset that you lost a vote. You are just upset that I don't like your Favicon and that I voted against it. Therefore, you must make changes to ensure your way, a tactic that I did when I was in power, whether I knew it or not.


In fact, it also says that changes and powers must be done "for the good of the Wiki". Tell me, was editing the logo, rewriting every template, adding a G.I.M.P. userbox, making the site look boring (my opinion), deleting shops, and pretty much erasing every tradition that eer existed for the "Good of the Wiki"? OR, was it just for the good of the agendas of ZapWire, Seahorseruler, and Tigernose? Tell me, have you ever gone to someone's talk page and asked "what do you think about {random reform}"?. Have you ever considered editing what you have and not chaning it? Have you heard of "let sleeping dogs lie"?


Tigernose, some of these moves that are for the so-called "editors" and users of the site (which I never see actually voting, I just see the same people with a few strangers on the occasion) are probably moves which the editors could care less.


You don't have to be "like every other wiki", you should be unique! Sadly, with your generic glyph templates, G.I.M.P. userboxes, and radical Main Page junk, you seem to feel that being different is bad.


This is complete hypocracy to your own policies, reforms, ect., and one of the reasons why I feel that you, along with Seahorseruler (who agrees with everything you say) and ZapWire (who writes reform after reform) are all powers behind the throne, and that everyone else has pretty much no influence.


Also, the so-called "controversy behind your back" on my talk page was not controversy, and not behind your back. Those users were simply expressing their opinion about your reforms to me, and I was simply responding. There was no controversy or slander involved, it was a discussion, AKA the purpose of a talk page.



You should be ashamed of all of this hypocracy.

How dogmatic. You claim that this is no reform forum and at the same time issue a command for the CPFW to go away. Well, then, let's get a dictionary.


From Wikipedia: Reform means beneficial change, or sometimes, more specifically, reversion to a pure original state. Reform is generally distinguished from revolution. The latter means basic or radical change; whereas reform may be no more than fine tuning, or at most redressing serious wrongs without altering the fundamentals of the system. Reform seeks to improve the system as it stands, never to overthrow it wholesale.


Wow, you're right. This isn't a reform forum, this is a revolution (unless you call infringing the CPFW's freedom of speech "beneficial tweaking").

No one owns the wiki except Wikia. We're all tenants, and if I do recall correctly, tenants can't evict others.

Upon scanning the Main Page vote, I came across what might be the worst and most immature move yet....


This is being closed. After the extremely biased and unfair barrage of votes by Fanon's Webmasters, this has become a corrupt place. This is being closed temporarily until we reach a conclusion on this page: Forum:Fanon.


Before I even get into the fallacy I mentioned in this section's title, I would like to point out Tigernose's extravagant use of somewhat slanted and biased phrases.... like.... erm.... oh, I know!

    * "extremely biased" -- Extremely biased in itself, doncha think?
    * "unfair barrage" -- You have yet to prove that it is unfair. Why you think users expressing their own opinions is unfair, I'll never know.
    * "Fanon's Webmasters" -- Not really slanted, but a misconception. READ THE PURPLE TEXT IN THE COC BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY FURTHER STATEMENTS ON THIS.
    * "corrupt" -- Now that's overkill. 

Ever heard of ad hominem and propaganda?


Anyway, I'll get straight to the point.


Tigernose, among his list of erroneous arguments, is using the post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy. The name, in Latin, means "after this, therefore because of this". The fallacy takes this form:

    A happened before B. 
    Therefore, A caused B. 

Tigernose's argument goes like this:

    The Fanon added that message to their Sitenotice, and then a barrage of votes against the forum occured. 
    Therefore, the Fanon caused the barrage of votes against the forum. 

Using logic like that, I could easily argue:

    TurtleShroom gave his award to Happyface on the CPW, just before Crisis II started on the Fanon. 
    Therefore, TurtleShroom caused Crisis II on the Fanon. 

Or:

    Germany surrendered just before the USA bombed Japan. 
    Therefore, Germany caused the USA to bomb Japan. 

Now, everyone knows that this logic is pretty dumb. But all of these arguments take the same form. Thus, Tigernose's argument is bad reasoning.


Another jab at his argument -- even if the Fanon DID cause that barrage of "unfair" and "biased" votes, is that even bad at all? These users voted "no" because they were notified of the vote! And since when is that a bad thing? Is it bad to let the Fanon notify its users (many of which edit on the CPW itself) of a vote going on at the CPW? Heck, no! It's like you're trying to silence our freedom of speech!

Anyway, what's so wrong with a new main page? It looks better and all it is a reorganisation of sections so it makes it easier for users to navigate and view content. We have a Bulletin Board and a SiteNotice for announcements, keep the main page clean.

His first major vandalism act was that he spammed 64 of our articles, including the Main Page, with four repeated disgusting images of.... well, lots of blood and... I can give you the links of the images and you can view them in their history. He's uploaded loads on the account of "Kingdingaling", and these are twice as disgusting... -- ¤ (User page!) If you follow these things you can help prevent the vandalism yourself.
