According to the Internet, Robert was a Union general in the Civil war. After the war, he humiliated himself at a church because he couldn't conduct a business meeting properly. RE: UTR cities

Apologies for the 2-month late response. Now, you said that the UTR cities are very big... I agree myself. Just now I was importing pictures for UnitedTerra and I saw that the map was really messed up - then I spent 10 minutes trying to find the PowerPoint presentation on my computer that has the map. Currently I am editing the map. The article itself, UnitedTerra, is not finished yet, but I expect me to finish it by the end of December. Then throughout most of next year I will be re-developing all the cities and countries, such as Scoodlepeep, Neo Domino City, New Club Penguin and many more - I am not impressed with the work on I put into them at all. After that I will make new cities and countries. The current map doesn't have much space for more countries because of how big I made New Club Penguin but that will be fixed once I re-do the map. -- ¤ (User page!) UnitedTerra Plans

Right okay. For your own info: Scoodlepeep is a country, Carcery, Sub-Terrain and Teedal are the current states - New Club Penguin, Satellite City and Neo Domino City are the current major cities. I have 44 articles to complete which I haven't completed. I just started making a list on NotePad on the articles I need to complete, articles I need to start and articles I need to re-think about. 21 of those articles are characters I need to complete, 11 are organizations/record labels/groups - 11 more are for the UnitedTerra articles. Approx. 30 music articles I need to start on. So, here is the plan:

I am going to complete any music articles that have to be completed (because they have been released already) and then using the NotePad list I made, I will order every article from the ones that have to be completed first, and then the ones that I can complete after. I'm gonna use the NotePad as a checklist and to keep track. Here is the plan after that plan; each month I will work on a certain topic of articles.

• January: UnitedTerra articles
• February: Character articles (and do UnitedTerra articles at the same time if they are not complete).

• By March the UnitedTerra articles should be finished.

• March: Music articles, organization articles and character articles.

Then by April the UnitedTerra articles should be complete, most of my character articles should be complete and some music articles should be complete too. In January me and you will be working rapidly. I still have to keep up with school and I will only have about 3-5 hours every weekday - and at the same time I have Twitter and my Club Penguin blog. In late January we will start the new UnitedTerra articles. I hope this schedule works. -- ¤ (User page!) As for Wikia, have you seen what's going on there? In technicality, users that have powers such as Admin/Sysop aren't to technically be demoted because if so, they would be welcomed in "open arms." Character

No. My main character is Penquino, named after my CP penguin Penquino1. Cp kiddo and Cp kidette are Penquino's nephew and niece, based on my actual nephew and niece a few years ago (2012). I actually haven't worked on those articles for a while, I should probably get back around to them. Penquino is based on my CP Penguin, but I've branched him out into reviving the Jedi order since I'm a Star Wars fan and I like Jedi :3 He lives on Shops Island (based on my time on the Shops Wiki), and formerly lived on CP (derp). Read the whole page to find out more about him- he's kinda of an entrepreneur, following numerous different career paths trying to find what he likes to do the most.

Also, I recently made these tables on one of my sandboxes, and I was curious of your- nationality, any articles/genres that you created or greatly improved that are "notable" on the wiki. If you don't think there are any major notable articles by you (stories are included)- an example could be Castilla, Snowzerland and some of his stories for Swiss Ninja, then you could just tell me the contributions that were your favorite, or the contribs of yours that you could consider your best work. I haven't looked at that chart in a little while, so I forget if there's anything else on there KD Another example of the notability thing is Wonderweez and Munijoch. Although Munijoch isn't a super "notable" article such as some of Swiss' stuff, it's still one of Wonder's best articles. If you have any questions, let me know. Well, when I first proposed the idea to Swiss, he said no because apparently TurtleShroom decided that the wiki shouldn't have any more "final solutions". So now, rather than a mass-deletion as in past years, we would try to focus on article improvement on the wiki. I haven't really started drafting a solid plan thus far, but that's since we have numerous months before it's needed. However, I suppose I could start and we could make up our minds before then. Maybe prevent article creation for a month or so and tell users to focus on improving LQA and stub articles? Or maybe we could turn it into some sort of creativity contest- whoever makes the most quality edits to improve articles could be given some sort of award.

Another thought that I recently had was that maybe we should redefine article adoption and that whole process. As it is now, users can put the adopt template essentially on any article that hasn't been edited in a number of months- without editing it whatsoever. With that, they gain OOC power over the article- and sometimes they tend to make the article into something it wasn't meant to be, which is against the OOC policy. And, a lot of times people edit the articles a few times then leave them abandoned again and forget about them before making any significant changes.

Although I believe that the following procedure is stated in one of the policies, it doesn't seem to be in play anymore. Supposedly, in the past users had to greatly improve an article before they could adopt it, and I would like to reinstate that rule because I think it would prevent a lot of useless page adoptions. In addition, the policy (I think the OOC policy) states that an article should not be destroyed and rebuilt in a new way, or have content that has no place being there in accordance to the creator or the page's intentions (i.e. If Gary was an adoptable, complete fanon article, you're not supposed to rebrand him as an evil scientist, or add that he became evil, because the rest of the article says that it's not logical). Anyways, it seems like nowadays some people defy this concept because they think "I can do whatever I want because I have OOC rights". So, I feel that if the community or the administration feels that an article's former identity is being tarnished or twisted, that the OOC holder's rights to the article could be revoked and the article would become fair game and the misguided edits would be reverted.

To be honest, I'm somewhat rambling about my thoughts, because it's 3:30 AM, so this all might not be coming out properly. On another note, the policy (OOC Policy?) states that after a user quits or is banned, that all of their articles that aren't willed shall go into fair game as long as the user is away- potentially forever. So, tbh I don't know how that would fit in with adoption of old articles, if they're all supposed to be fair game. This is just all of my random fanon ramblings. Doing a reboot would anger several users in my opinion due to their countries being in such a position of power compared to before the whole country craze took effect. Those articles have had rooted themselves as an integral part of fanon, and deleting them would be like deleting Antarctica from the wiki, just not right. Not to mention, many stories/wars shaped how the Fanon wiki is, and while they stopped, simply deleting them wouldn't make sense now OOC-wise. Not a lot of people, while they may steadfastly deny it, would like the "old-new" wiki style because it isn't what they signed up for.

The only way to go is up. By simply instating policies against country/war making, it would slow the rate of article development not related to the main plotline, as well as encourage in context article use. Some also do not necessarily include themselves as a big thing, but rather an internal affair, case in point, Super Smash Mates... etc etc. To delete them would take away what the fanon wiki is about: fun. -01:47, 16 February 2015 (UTC)

Hey Mec. If you're going to put the delete template on articles, could you A. just add it to the top of the page (rather than replacing the content with the delete template) and B. Follow the shown example, that has {{Delete|Username|Reason page should be deleted}}. It's much better to include a reason as to why you think a page should be deleted, to help the administration or community decide if a given article should be deleted or not.

Also, about your message a few days ago: Not to sound rude, but it sounds stupid to do that. It's essentially wasting hundreds of past users' hard work by, as you said, wiping thousands of articles out of continuity. Plus, if it was to happen, you'd pretty much be suggesting that we reboot the whole of continuity every few years when we reach a certain amount of articles. Overall, I dislike the general idea of removing large quantities of articles without any really good reasons for doing so (whether it's because they aren't all edited, or part of a "Final Solution", or anything else). While I can appreciate your new categories for what pages each user has OOC rights to, is it really needed? Like, it's easy to tell who has OOC over an article by looking for their creator (or who has the adopted template on the article; If there is none and the creator has left it's Fair game by default), and if the user(s) themselves want to know their contributions or what they hold OOC rights over they should keep track of that themselves. Shops

Well, in the simplest way possible- You join, register for a bank account (where you'll get a salary every month), and make some sort of business to sell items, whether it's a single store, a mall with numerous stores, or something else. A good example is clothing stores- they can be found in a majority of users' malls (Most are custom made/recolored CP items), though users sometimes sell actual CP items too. With money you earn from selling items, you can buy items from other businesses. Any more specific questions I might be able to answer?

Well, actually I took interest in expanding those articles a year or so ago (See Liberation of Turtly- I SHALL complete it eventually, the reason it was never completed is because I couldn't think of a solid plot, I had numerous options). I had asked Zone about that a while ago (Here) and from what I remember he didn't actually come up with those articles either (here), hence my asking you about it. It's not that I'm really interested in owning the articles, It's just that a number of them were never completed (most of the warlords and whatnot), thus details were still missing for LoT and I ran out of leads unless I had wanted to create all of those characters myself. As for making them enemies of The Defenders, idk. Maybe they could go to the US after the LoT and the Defenders could be their primary enemies? WannaTalk? 23:20, 24 February 2015 (UTC)

Well, have fun. I'll try to help with tips and stuff because I don't want to edit a million articles >_<

Swiss has a ton of articles. In addition to all of his stories, he probably holds rights over a large chunk of the Ninja Archipelago articles (Castilla, Rusca, Liguria), most Snowzerland articles, Hochstadt Gang articles, in addition to his family, Snowzerland wars, and Ninjas Past.

TS... don't get me started. In addition to his stories, there's his entire, elongated family, idk if he holds rights over EBUL, Mattress Village (and numerous related articles), Numerous political articles (this, USECP v. EBUL VI, this, this, etc), Melvin Turtleheimer, possibly Str00del Force and related articles (Captain Str00del), etc etc etc.

Puny

Might I ask, why did you change Puny in the way that you did? From what I've gathered from the OOC policy, users aren't supposed to completely change articles like that (from police officer to scientist). Also, if I remember correctly My Little Puffle should have stayed as the default article, with My Little Equiffle being redirected since MLPuffle was here first.

With all due respect

While I appreciate all the edits you've been making since you returned, it seems like you feel as though whatever ideas you come up with can automatically override what's already in continuity (i.e. My Little Equiffle, Puny, Detective Focci, and to a lesser extent all of this Puffle Creature/Geneticorp stuff), but even though you're a veteran user that isn't the case.

Before CP had bats, Focci came about- it's a bat, hence the name Detective Focci. "Batective" or "Batguin" just sounds ridiculous to me tbh, too blatantly obvious. I don't see why it needs to be changed, when the character already has a nice amount of parody with some creativity on the side- it doesn't have to be all parody as that makes things boring. Why?? You're right, pretty much every article outside of your user categories was created by somebody who's no longer on the wiki. Soooo, why make a new list with the other 5,000 articles?

New superhero

I don't care if he's a part of the Defenders or not, but I had an idea for a new hero parody. A combined parody of the Green Arrow and Hawkeye. As for a name, I was thinking it could be something like Ice Arrow? hence, like Green Arrow he could use ditto-ice tipped arrows rather than green arrows. And as a parody of Hawkeye, maybe he could be a member of some organization. To be fair, I don't care which one (it could be getprotections, though it wouldn't matter if it was the EPF or something either).

What do you think? If it were to be a thing, I don't think it should be a complete parody like the other superhero articles- we should at least try to keep our own spin on parody articles, give them their own special pizzazz. Also, any other name ideas (maybe his irl name could be something King- I'm imagining him being more of a parody of Green Arrow than Hawkeye, but we could still throw stuff in from both heroes)? Instead of Venom being random goop created by Doc Shock, maybe it could be some sort of X-Virus goop? Since it can't be an alien like in the comics, it seems like something to do with the X-Virus would be cooler than a random experiment by Doc Shock. Like, a pure blob of X-Virus. RE: Inactive Article Editing?

Yeah, I've seen articles get adopted. Since that article hasn't been edited since April 2, 2011, do I have to ask anyone for permission to adopt it? I was planning on doing a lot for it and just didn't want to upset any members.

On a side note, the people who did contribute to it either aren't registered users or are gone.

Disambigs

I understand your recent edits, but please make the disambiguation pages into galleries if possible, like the CPW does, or as displayed on this page (I formatted it like that)- if there's no image for the character or place, just use File:No Image.png. Also, with or without the gallery, please try to keep the topics in alphabetical order.

On another note, why did you move Vince to Vincent Octavian? I don't think he's ever been called Vincent, Either Vince or Emperor Octavian. It's ok, I might move the page later to something else, but I was just curious why that specifically. WannaTalk? 22:59, 30 March 2015 (UTC)

It's not policy, but the CPW does it that way, and it seems more informative if the characters have images (so people can see what the characters look like without having to go each page). RE: Acceptance of <(censored)>

I was not lying when I said the "we accept homosexuality" part on Discrimination counteracted the "we condemn homosexuality" part on Child's Eye.

Protecting homosexuals from punishment for being "open" allows them to discuss their sexual preferences. It makes Child's Eye totally useless. Anyone willing to discuss sex on a children's site does not belong on the Wiki. That includes men talking about doing women, too, so do not assume this is a double standard.

The policy is simplistic and built on common sense.
DON'T ASK. No one should inquire about a person's private life, particularly in their bedroom. They have a right to do what they please in there, but they should not speak of it and no one is right to inquire of it.
DON'T TELL. You have no right, nor is it your place, to lay bare your sex life. That doesn't just include homosexuality.

I don't know what you do in bed, Metric, nor do I care. Yet, I am sensing some sort of either support or participation in homosexual activity on your part, which explains why you are resorting to such crass insults against me. The big problem I have is that you are calling me a liar behind my back. That is a new low. Not even Sancho, the most hateful and bitter person on the Wiki (and the spearhead to make <(censored)> acceptable both in Mainspace and elsewhere), resorted to falsehoods to back their point.

First off, it is ignorant for you to think that I won't punish people talking about normal sex. That would be a double standard and defeat the purpose of being kid friendly. If you took the time to realize that Child's Eye is a policy to protect children from homosexuality (etc.) and deviant "sexual orientations", then you'd realize that normal sexual violations are covered elsewhere. (The porn ban, in particular, covers this matter.)

Second off, the punishment for writing that you are gay is the removal of that writing, not a block of the writer.

Third off, the only reason you'd make a character take a spouse or lover of the same gender is to make a statement. There is no sincerity or legitimacy in writing about a cartoon penguin that enjoys taking it up the wrong end. It's simply a means to push homosexuality on the children of this site. The punishment for writing such exhibitionism is simply a removal of the violating content. (For example, a male character taking a "husband" or boy toy will be rectified so that the character would either be single or in a relationship with a female character. No ban on the author of the violation is neccesary.)

Fourth off, it is not "bigotry" (or whatever buzz word you elect to metaphorically rip out of your backside to attack me with) to refuse to allow <(censored)> (or any other sexual activity) to pollute a website geared for children that are fans of a Disney video game. This is not the place for that. If people want to talk about being gay or write about gays, there are places all over the Internet to talk about it. It isn't that hard to let this website be a safe refuge from the oversexualization of our culture, right? We already have a ban on sex. Forbidding user from writing about gay characters is a natural, logical expansion of the innocence policy. Children shoudn' get "The Talk" until they are ready, and that includes exposure to homosexuality.

Fifth, and finally, I have no beef with <(censored)> in the bedroom. I have a problem with them talking about it in public. It's not my business, nor is it anyone else's business. It is when they "come out" and broadcast their sexual exploits that it becomes the problem. I am equally resentful of when a man talks about a woman he fornicated with at a party. It's no different. Both are sinful. For the same reason I wouldn't tell you about having sex with my wife (if, God willing, I ever marry a woman), they shouldn't tell me what they do in bed with their own gender. Writing about it is the same as telling it. I won't ask about their sex lives. They won't tell me. That's "Don't Ask Don't Tell" in a nutshell.
