Welcome to the Club Penguin Fanon Wiki! We hope you can make continuing contributions of articles and/or discussion and other improvements.

If you are new to wikis in general, be sure to visit the "Community portal" for an outline of some of the main parts of the site and a link to pages that tell you how to edit.

Many useful tools and fun pages can be seen to the left, under the logo. Named the Sidebar, clicking on a blue link will take you to the page of choice.

Do keep an eye on the "recent changes" page, where all edits and their authors (both anonymous and signed-in) are listed. Bookmark it, maybe. (And help delete spam and vandalism - unpleasant but a fact of life.)

Discussion of any aspect of the site, and inquiries, can be made at Talk:Main_Page or on the "discussion" page associated with each article. It helps if you sign and date your contributions there, so that readers know "who to talk to" and whether your message is probably still of current interest. If you write on a user's "talk" page, that user will get an alerting message on next visit.

Remember to sign every discussion or talk page with four tildes (~~~~).

Feel free to fill out your user page so we can learn more about you.

As a Fanon Wiki, we encourage creative writing. To see what great pages are like, see the High(on the toolbar to the left) and Ultra Quality articles, for example the articles United States of Antarctica, Club Penguin Island, and Dorkugal.

Tanzania[edit]

Tanzania is very much a country

Redirects[edit]

Hey Mrdave! Thanks for the help making redlink redirects! However, I had a tip for you...

First, if there's ever a redlink like "w:c:clubpenugin:blah", that means it was a link to the CP Wiki when we were on wikia! So, rather than making the redlink into a redirect to the cpw... just edit the article and change the link there to a proper link ([[w:c:clubpenguin:Article Name|blah]] to [[clubpenguinwiki:Article Name|blah]]). It's much better than making redirect pages, and is also a good reason to edit articles :p

Final Solution deadline[edit]

Since you're an active user of the wiki, this is a complimentary message I'm giving to everyone. Today is the last day before the Final Solution commences, and unimproved articles from the Stub List and articles with the delete template start being deleted. So, check over the stub list and make sure there are no articles, yours or otherwise that you wish to spare from deletion. Hey![edit]

Hey Mrdave, how are you doing? It's been a while since we've talked! Yesterday I added something to the To-do List that seems like something that you might be able to help with since you do a lot of maintenance-type edits. It's under the templates-categories section if you want to sign your name to help in your spare time; but essentially it's changing Category:Penguins to a more specific category on pages that mention a specific species, such as Category:High Penguins or Category:Emperor Penguins. I figured it might be something that might interest you, but if not that's ok too :P
