Anyways, the skin the old wiki now uses is Oasis: while your improvements might be good, (didn't look) the entire reason mostly why we moved away is because of the new skin's layout. It's slow, ugly, awkward, and crippling.

Your article

Contrary to what Happy Too claims, I happen to like the name "Railfan" and was not trying to destroy your article or remove your work. I think Railfan is a neat name.

What I'm trying to do is fit the article to wiki standards. That is, I'm formalizing it, rewording it, adding links, sections, and continuity, and making it less like a blog post and more like an entry in an encyclopedia. Adding random quips like "BOOYAH" (without a real cause) and not spelling out eighteen (18) lessens the formality of an article.

Also, the only content I'm removing, if I am correct, is the phoenix wings. Your character doesn't need phoenix wings to be awesome. I find his ability to drive a locomotive at eighteen and his nice little army very cool indeed, and adding the wings is just a Mary Sue concept that your character doesn't need. Much like not everyone needs to rule, not everyone needs super powers.

Take, for example, Willy the Penguin. On his own, he has no powers or special traits (except he's immune to Weegee). He doesn't have a famous background or something to govern. He was just an ordinary penguin until extraordinary circumstances took him to the top. He was given weapons and skills that he learned to use, and ended up becoming Kwiksilver's successor because he was humble. (See the Order of Universal Guardians.)

Railfan, I am glad to see you writing and I actually want to give a shot at referencing Angel Kitten's mobile ambulance in a future story. (Your "field hospital" concept as a medic for the BlackHawks was a very good idea.)

By the way, would you do us a favor and give CP BlackHawks an army as well? You wrote about the Sky Mafias, now write about your side!

Your character is no more sueish then TS's own (who owns a huge multinational company and bribes a creature who can control the universe into editing things to his liking). Cyborg Dude

Dear Railfan1,

I have noticed that we both have created a Cyborg that is supposedly the "strongest" in Artartica, and this would normally involve one or more of the articles being heavily modified.

However, I have come up with an idea that could save us some trouble.

My cyborg, XTUX Hun, is well known for his fairly powerful weaponry and intellegence, although his armor is fairly weak he can regenerate it quickly, and has been featured in several stories.

Perhaps Cyborg Dude could have heavy duty armor (much stronger then XTUX's) and be unbeatable at melee combat, in which he can smash pratically anything. His ranged weapons should also be extremely hard-hitting, but slow to reload. This would balance him out and has potentual for more interesting battle scenes in any stories you might write.

Overall, I like your article, and I look forward to using Cyborg Dude in my story. In fact, if you make those changes, people in the fanon might begin to take notice and use him in their own stories!--XTUX345: "May the Bird of Paradise fly up your nose! Got to give credit where credit is due

Railfan, you have nowhere to go but up from here. Your drawings are brilliant and I've noticed that you're slowly formalizing your grammar and learning your way around the wiki. You are very creative, and in a wiki with few users, we need all the folks we can get.

You've got a lot to learn, but you also have a lot to give and a lot in your advantage. I hope you stay for years to come and become one of the wiki's "greats".

Remember that any edit I make to your work is not out of spite or with the intent to harm your imagination. In fact, quite the opposite: it is because I like you and your work that I edit it. Undeserving/LQA/stub articles are always in the trash bin, not expanded.

Also, remember that you don't have to play Club Penguin, or like it, to be here. All one has to do is have a good imagination, decent writing skills, and an interest in using penguins as the central characters. People with specific knowledge that can be parodied are also good to find.

(Knowledge of CP is reccomended, but there is no requirenment to play. For example, ZK never plays CP, but he is one of our best users.)

I've never seen Energon, but I have heard that horrid theme song that it has (atleast I think it's from Energon, but it could be from another series in the Unicron trilogy). The only Transformers Series I've seen are Transformers Animated (which I'm sad is no longer airing because after the awsome Season 3 I really wanted to see more of the show), and I'm currently keeping up with Transformers Prime (in my oppinion it's like Revenge of the Fallen done right). --Speeddasher A link to a talk page "Lock On"!

No, i didn't not delete your character. According to the deletion log, it was none other than Explorer.

His reason?

He said it was a duplicate of the Wikipedia article. I understand you're new, so I'll tell you taht you shouldn't copy characters right off of another site for two reasons:

A. It's Plagiarism, which is when you take someone elses work and call it your own. It's wrong and illegal, and the wiki...or even you could be sued for it.

B. It's somewhat unoriginal. Try making a more Original character that's a Parody of whatever you are making.

Unfortunately, I'm not an admin anymore so I advise taht you will have to rewrite the character again; this time make it more original and be creative!

That is a REALLY good article; I mean it. I barely had to edit it at all, all the spelling was in order, and the article was unique, formal, concise, and detailed. You're learning continuity and structure very quickly, and you're one heck of a creative writer to boot! I really like your Otaku Penguin article and took the liberty of adding them to the Types of Penguin article, as well as assigning their genus and species.

I am impressed at your research, both into Japaland and continuity overall, and I really respect your efforts, creativity, and willingness to listen to advice without being defensive. You are on the very fast track to becoming a famous user, and with your anime-styled drawings that boast win of this magnitude, you'll probably have some people asking you to draw for them very soon!

Hey Raifan - I don't have a specific right on deciding that, but usually users (admin or normal user) agree on a certain user to be on it. I just made the plaques, do you like them? You could be on there, and I would have the privilege to make your plaque. I'd suggest you start a big project of articles that will get you recognised even more. I didn't turn Liam the Rat into an idiot. What I wrote was already there. I just expanded on precisely what the article said he was. Liam- not me -wrote that he dropped out of school at the age of nine to puruse his dream of making movies. His parents died shortly before he hatched, so he was raised by his brother (Doctor6-something). With these conditions the Liam the Rat, not me, wrote, I had no other way of expanding the article without noting that he wasn't the brightest bulb in the lot.

Besides, without the modifications, he'd have remained a miserably annyoing Mary Sue with bad grammar. Even worse, he'd adds exclamation point at the end of every sentence!!!!1!!!!!!! Do You Know how Annoying That Is To Me?!!!!!!!!!!!! Really Annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!11!11111!!!!!!!!!!

I let him keep his arm cannon and his career(s) because he deserves to have something special, but there must always be a price to pay if you want balance.

The article did not say Liam was homeschooled, and have mercy boy, you're looking at a fellow homeschooled man! I was taken out of the public school system at the end of the eighth grade because of large-scale bullying and stress, and I've done my entire high school career online.
