Changes you should be aware of

1. The system messages editor is much faster and has a richer search function.
2. Vector is the default, but our skinned MonoBook and a lot of older skins are available still.
3. You can set up interwiki links like [[Cpw:]] with the Interwiki lister.
4. You can rename users, and in emergencies, have the CheckUser tool to check sockpuppets, get IP and browser data for users, etc. (But CheckUser is only for vandal emergencies!)

EternalMagma tells me that you've been changing everyone's account names to "uphold tradition". Tell me what gives you the almighty right to change other people's usernames? People have come on to the site with different usernames because they want to make a fresh start, or they can pick a name that they couldn't have back on Wikia. Give me a good reason as to why you're doing this, and no; "because its easier to remember" does not count as a reason.

This is just the kind of behavior I expected from you; you go out of your way to make the site suited to your needs and not everyone else's. I put my trust in you and I was sure as crap lenient with you about the policies and COC. First of all, her parents are Robert and Melissa. And YES, she's a real princess. But the cake, of course, is a lie. So is my lime-green hair extension.

Second, she was originally the princess of a foreign country, her parents were the king and queen, but she was terrorized (Princess Protection Program, I love that movie) by some random guy who we need to write.

She had to be disguised, but her parents decided to disguise as well to protect her. So to people other than RS, Agent Meltie, her parents, the PPP parody, and a few others, she is a normal girl. Sometimes it gets a little Zim-ish (pardon my French, Xet-ish) with disguising her castle as a trailer and trying to lead a normal life what with her history as a jerk (she's a princess, when she was little she thought that meant demanding).

Lexi's an only child, but she was originally wrote as the second child in a family with five children. Ironic, huh?

She was in the Happyface State, but she had to transfer to Puffleton Academy (harsh!) because she became a brat again.

Filibuster clause

There should be a "Filibuster" clause in the USA Constitution that exists only to be (ab)used as a filibuster argument in courts and the SPC. It can be used only ONCE by each party in a court proceeding, or ONCE in legislative committee, to stall the arguments and buy time. (I betcha Explorer V put it there.)

Mwa Mwa Penguins, among other things

TurtleShroom- I've spent the past few days in disguise as a "sweet wittle angwel" (even though Biblically Angels are males, but that's a completely different conversation). I was a sweet bai bai girl, wooing over Mammys and Daddys with my charm. I would get adopted, learn their ways, and then terrorise the parents and my "broders and wistas".

I have reason why they should be reported. Why? Sexuality.

Ever seen one of them say "needs tumtum" or "needs boo milk"? I have. During my past few days as a Mwa Mwa, I've been adopted by strange women who bring me back to their igloo. Once we get there, they tell me to "get in", or they say "opens up", or "pushes in". Then they pretend they are pregnant with me, and go into labour.

Or when you are either born, or when you are just a young baby, a Mam will take off her shirt and say "Eat", "drink", or "Feeds". If I said "no tank woo" or "gets bottle", they flip their lid. "IM BETTER THAN YOU!", or "DRINK OR YOU ARE GROUNDED MISSY", is what tey would say, typically. I would just report them, say "packs wittle things", equip my backpack, and walk out.

What's even worse and more disgusting is whn they get a "duh duh" and a "mu mu", they take their shirts off, and say "makes bay bee". I reported the two immediately in this case and left once again.

This all falls under the "sexuality" section of CP's rules. "Boo milk" is breast milk, "Makes Bay bee" obviously isn't the stork if you take my meaning, and "Tumtum" is a woman's gestation. All Mwa Mwas, women, and men doing these sort of things should be reported, because they will be BANNED.

I've learned alot in the past few days about them, and now I fear I've learned more than I ever desired to know. I've also learned that they are even more annoying than I thought. It's given me reason to report them to CP through the "contact us" section. In fact, I may give them a ring. I was absolutely DISGUSTED. This on a children's game? That's like those penguins who stand in the town and say "ABC IF YOU WANT ME". If you see any of these penguins, REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY AND TELL THEM TO STOP.

Anyway, now that I'm finished my RANT, I have great news! I took your adivce. I went to a Baptist Church, and I absolutely loved it! The people were friendly, nonjudgemental, and they weren't as lukewarm as other churches I've been to. The people, spirit-filled, the sermon, informative, and I felt the presence of God with ease. I talked to the Pastor about Baptist theology, and I agree with most of it. I plan on going back soon! Glory to God, you've helped me find a great church! No, the "ban" was actually not a ban, (earth explained it wrong), we actually had to temporarily disable connections to specific users because it was being overloaded a bit from too many people loading it, and I had earth block the few top most accessing IPs, and he must have thought it was for a different reason. "Appeal by invitiation"

Apparently it actually has a NAME: writ of certiorari. That's an order from a higher court to send a case from a lower court for review, which is basically the way Xavier's Summons works.

Though looking at the way you write the USA's courts, it looks like most of the appeals losing sides make are actually writs of cert. According to Wikipedia, a normal appeal means the higher court is OBLIGATED to hear the case. In a writ of cert, you have to petition for the case to be reviewed. Fulfilling My Promise of Describing the Current Economic Fiasco in Depth

Well, the country is screwed. Simply put. EU's Economic stimulus pack only goes to the banks, who have to no sense of how to handle money. Meanwhile, the people themselves have to money to put into a bank account. It's €68 billion and is going to be used to recapitalise the banks and fund the public finances! It's like the US Government buying out the top three Banks of America! That's not helping our economy, the real issue is that people have no JOBS. If people had JOBS, there would be SPENDING, and we could float back up!

The package would see the level of capital in the Irish banks being increased from eight to 12% in a move to bolster confidence of depositors in the financial system. Bank of Ireland, currently 36% State owned, would become majority Government controlled, and authorities are hopeful of selling off EBS quickly. The size Irish banks will be significantly reduced as blocks of loans would be sold off. TO FOREIGN INVESTORS. OUR BANKS WILL BE RIDING OFF THE COATTAILS OF FOREIGN INVESTORS. Meanwhile, the Central Bank Governor Patrick Honohan said he is "relaxed" about the idea of foreign investors taking control of Ireland’s largest banks.

The EU had good intent, although this will do nothing. This all stemmed from the Greek financial crisis. They figured if they gave us this money, then the Portugese and Spanish economies wouldn't fall either. It won't. It's too late, Portugal is on the verge of dissolution. How would funding our bank and making our rich richer help the Portugese and Spanish?

Meanwhile, nobody wants our Taoiseach (pronounced Tee-shock, or in otherwords the High Leprechaun, King of Ireland) in. They're calling for another election ASAP. Sinn Fein (pronounced Shin Fayn) today tabled a motion of no confidence in the Taoiseach Brian "Biffo" Cowen. Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin, the party's leader in the Dail (pronounced "Doil"), urged all TDs opposed to Brian Cowen's leadership of the country to vote against him. A Sinn Fein motion states that the Taoiseach has misled and betrayed the Irish people and leads a Fianna Fáil/Green Government which has totally mismanaged the economy and sold the nation's sovereignty to the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and EU.

The motion was put forward by Mr O Caolain and other Sinn Fein TDs Arthur Morgan, Martin Ferris and Aengus O Snodaigh, who was one of about 50 protesters who briefly breached the gates of Government Buildings during a march yesterday.

The Taoiseach doesn't want an election until after the package comes in and we set a new budget into place. He wants to COMPLETELY WIPE the Dail and set up a new Dail in January. He has no right to do so. Political opposition party to Fianna Fail (pronounced Feena Fal), Fine Gael (pronounced Feena Gwayl) has accused him of clinging to his powers. Biffo (Big Ignorant Fatso From Offaly) denied it, of course, but we all know he is. We are getting another election, whether Biffo likes it or not. Green Party leader John Gormley said the Irish people needed "political certainty" after being "misled and betrayed" and called on Cowen to name a date for the country to go to the polls. He says January, but if this goofball continues much longer we won't last until then.

The anger towards the government was obvious as around a hundred protesters forced their way through the gates of Leinster House, our Parliament Building, yesterday. Everyone is infuriated. We are falling apart at the seams. With every hour, our economy and banks fall even worse. And it's all the Government's fault. Our largest bank, Bank of Ireland, collapsed yesterday. Concerning the Economy and the Government

The Government (Irish: Rialtas na hÉireann) is headed by a prime minister called the Taoiseach, and a deputy prime minister called the Tánaiste. The Taoiseach is appointed by the President (who is ceremonial and has barely any power) after being designated by Dáil Éireann (the lower house of parliament). The upper house of parliament is Seanad Éireann (the senate). The President then appoints the remaining members of the Government - each official styled as a "Minister of the Government", often just referred to as a 'cabinet minister' or 'government minister' - after they have been chosen by the Taoiseach and approved by the Dáil.

The Government must enjoy the confidence of the Dáil if it is to remain in office. In the event that the Taoiseach ceases to retain the support of a majority in Dáil Éireann there must either be a dissolution of the Dáil (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissolution_of_parliament#Ireland) or the Taoiseach must resign. Currently Brian Cowen is clinging to his power, so he wants there to be a dissolution of the Dáil. The President may, however, refuse to grant a dissolution to a Taoiseach who does not enjoy the support of the Dáil, and thus force their resignation. I hope Mary McAleese does this, Biffo's an idiot. When the Taoiseach resigns, the entire Government is deemed to have vacated office collectively. The Taoiseach can also direct the President to dismiss or accept the resignation of individual ministers. In any circumstance in which the Taoiseach or Government have been removed from office, including the loss of an Oireachtas (The Whole parliament, divided into the Dáil and the Seanad) seat, or seats, they continue to exercise their powers until a successor, or successors, have been appointed. The executive authority of the Government is subject to certain limitations. In particular:

The state may not declare war, or participate in a war, without the consent of Dáil Éireann. In the case of "actual invasion" however, "the Government may take whatever steps they may consider necessary for the protection of the State"

• Treaties must be ratified by the Dáil.
• The Government must act in accordance with the constitution.
• If the Government fails to fulfill its constitutional duties, it may be ordered to do so by a court of law, by writ of mandamus. Ministers who fail to comply may, ultimately, be found to be in contempt of court, and even imprisoned.

As for more about the economy:

Some private banking institutes borrowed billions of Euros from German, French, and British banks and gambled it on the global derivatives market. And then lost it all.

The incompetent idiots that call themselves the Government told the International Markets not to worry about the lost money. They said the IRISH PEOPLE would pay it off. Even though, the Irish Public owes nothing. Apparently, they did this because they got "expert advice" from the EU. Mainly Germany.

So German banks are forcing the Irish people to pay off a debt that they don't actually owe. In the best case scenario, "We" only owe 300billion euro. When you consider the compound interest on that, it is a perpetual debt. We will never be able to pay it off. The country has been conned.

Meanwhile, people are still paying off their own personal debts and the Government is paying off it's debts. The problem is, the Government stapled a debt to the Irish people that wasn't ours without asking.

There are a few solutions that I see. We can force the Government out of office for dereliction of duty. Then set up a new Taoiseach, Dail, and Seanad. This can be done with a motion of no confidence from a certain percentage of the Dail. Then, FORCE the new government to tell the International Monetary Fund and the European Union to shove their bailout where the sun don't shine! To tell them that the Irish people are not falling for the perpetual debt trick that has plagued so many developing countries.

The Euro is as useful a currency to the Irish economy as a bag of seashells. So, the Irish government would simply switch back to the old Pound. Preferably they would make it a debt free currency, by amputating it from the control of private finance institutes (I dont mean egt rid of banks, I mean don't allow them to be irresponsible).

Unfortunately I don't think this will happen. I think the EU and the IMF will send the country back to the 1930s in terms of wealth. This will happen in the not too distant future. It's a sad state of affairs and the international media are completely cluelss as to what is actually happening.

I'm sure you're aware of the current ruleset we have and all the changes going with it, I for one could care less anymore. Right now, I need to make sure everyone is happy with the rules. I'd prefer it if we made an article discussing about the changes, because I don't like it when rules that affect every single person are just being discussed by you, me, and a select group in our circle of friends.

Every day, I grow more and more apathy towards the ruleset and what I've tried to accomplish. It would seem that a good majority of the users just want the whole "Whose ruleset is better" crap to stop and just focus on content.

I recently watched the episode of Spongebob Squarepants episode called Sailor Mouth in which Spongebob and Patrick learn a word that turns out to be a bad word. I was just wondering if their was any way to turn this episode into a parody that would be suitable for this wiki? Well, I've only just got Continuum Shift so I can't really vouch on the accuracy on what I tell you. However, piecing stuff together from Dustloop forums and BlazBlue wikia, I've gathered that;

• Ada was forced into becoming a Robot. In the past, Relius and Kokonoe (Kokonoe is a scientist in Sector Seven) worked in a group known as the "Sin Architects", whom not only harvested Ada's body to create Nirvana, Relius also made a robot out of his own wife. The Sin Architects was disbanded however, since they unknowingly unleashed the Black Beast that was sent back through time.
  • I have no answer towards the "COC violation" as I don't know nor care which policies we're running under. Mine, or the COC?
    • Nirvana reacts to certain things, though she doesn't speak. She merely either assumes into an attack position, or makes an air gushing out noise. (inb4 that "air gushing out" is interpreted as a fart)

• Bang Shishigami is a vigilante who fought in the Ikaruga War, also known as the Second War of Magic. The First War of Magic, being the world VS the Black Beast. However, that event is either referred to as the First War of Magic, or the Dark War.
  • Bang is a ninja that hails from Ikaruga, and because Ikaruga became the first independant country (as in, they cut their ties from the NOL) that kicked off the Second War of Magic, which was the first war where humans used Ars Magus against themselves. Ikaruga lost, and all of the Ikaruga denizens that survived moved to Ronin-gai.
    • NOL, acronymed for Novus Orbis Librarium, governs the world of BlazBlue. They are the keepers of grimoires and other magical artefacts. However, since the people were believing that the NOL kept these artefacts just so they could use it for themselves, that is another contributing factor to the start of the Second War of Magic.

• Relius did not do it out of good intentions, but he wasn't psychotic about it either. He is a scientist that wanted to do a few experiments. Relius is also known as the "Puppeteer" due to him creating Nirvana and Ignis.
  • Carl is in hot pursuit of his father because of what Relius did to his sister and his mother.

• Oh, and the "girly thing" behind Carl is Nirvana, Ada's now present form. In battle, Carl uses Nirvana to attack his opponents, though he does do attacks on his own as well.

I'll tell you more once I play CS through. Though, I must admit I'll be going into Carl's story last. Trust me, if you ever manage to pick up a copy of BlazBlue, don't main Carl. He sucks. Worse than Rachel. Zone 04:05, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

Sounds good to me, I like it when people take an interest in BlazBlue - very good game.

As for the NOL being a magocracy, I suppose you could call it that. Though, they're sort of like the police if anything. All major NOL characters in BlazBlue (such as Jin, Noel, Hazama, Tsubaki, and maybe Makoto) use Nox Nyctores weapons, so calling them a magocracy is acceptable.

Also, I forgot to note that Relius and Hazama work with each other, so if you make a Relius Clover article, Hazama (whose parody name will be Hazard) needs to be mentioned - I suggest putting him in trivia. Zone 12:07, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

I'm perfectly fine with that, though I know very little about American history. Anything Aztec, Mayan, Egyptian, Greek, and Australian then I'm your man - America however, is out of my reach.

However, the Imperator Librarius (head of the NOL) is actually a girl (I'd tell you her real identity but that would be a HUGE HUGE spoiler,) and making Bang have a southern accent.. just doesn't really seem right imo. As for the countries, I was thinking we have Kagutsuchi set up on a little island. Kagutsuchi would be infected with seithr, so the island would be a mountainous region. The seithr hasn't spread to the mainland, yet.

Oh, and the game's name is BlazBlue. One word, BlazBlue. Its a portmanteau of the words "Blaze" and "Blue" Zone 13:19, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

Also, just need to add: The NOL (Novus Orbis Librarium) is not a country. Its an organization. I would assume Ikaruga be on the same island Kagutsuchi would be as well. Zone 13:21, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

SABER

Actually, I just found out why a trade route going across the Antarctic Peninsula couldn't exist.

THE ANTARCTIC PENINSULA IS MOUNTAINOUS.

In RL, it's a continuation of the Andes Mountains into Antarctica. In-universe, there would be no cities inland because of the mountains, similar to the situation with the Itinerod Circuit. Though there's another problem. The SABER (as it is right now) lies in the middle of the Antarctic Coastal Current, which flows near the coast and goes IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION of the SABER (from CP to Trans-Antarctica, not the other way around). Due to high pressure along the coastline, the current flows at about 10 inches per second, but farther off the shore, it flows at about 2 inches per second. That's still going to be quite a drag on boat speed.

North of the Antarctic Coastal Current is the Antarctic Circumpolar Current, which is faster and transports far more water. In fact, it's thought to be the largest ocean current (in terms of water transported) in the world. And it goes in the same direction as the SABER (from Trans-Antarctica to CP). The problem is that it's beyond the range of the Sub-Antarctic Islands (as they are now).

This rage sometimes activates the powers of the deadly Ghost Manipulator even if Kwiksilver isn't in the Ghost Dimension, meaning certain doom for those concerned. If you wanted to go for something less lethal, Kwiksilver still loves and treasures his teddy bear, a plush walrus called Tusky.

Now, onto my next point. The Time Agency's reaction to Honest Julius Radio Hour depends on the era in which it exists. If it is set before October 5th, 2010, it is Pre-Time War. The evil Director is still in power. He will delete the loved ones of the organisation, and even threaten to delete their ancestors in the past. Many will be hurt and killed.

If it is past October 5th, 2010, it is Post-Time War. The good Roofus Scribblydor is the Director of the Time Agency. He sets the Agency back on track and works closely with the Bureau of Fiction. He will work with the Bureau and try to find a diplomatic solution in which nobody is hurt.

These two conflicting views illustrate the importance of dates and eras in our continuity. If we don't have the right date, there's going to be some serious OOC. Decide whether the Radio Hour will be Post or Pre-Time War, then I can help with the Time Agency reaction.

Finally, I need you to write the Mail Banshee part in KHH. I'd like it to end with Daniel Specter crashing through and saving the Skuas, but when Kwiksilver and Sprocket arrive with Daniel and see the skuas, they recognise them. I can write the next part

Thanks! It was from that role-play that you, me, and MM did together on IRC. I had it copied and pasted on the computer for about four months, and just recently, I thought, "Hey.....this would make a great story on the wiki!" But it took me about a week to turn it from role-play to a real story!!! We had already moved from the old wiki to this one by the time it got its title!

Since your epicness made it an HQA (best article EVER!) I read the whole thing. The way you describe stuff and add detail really helps me visualize it better than I do when I write epic events like that. My favorite part was......

"I see no evidence. Just some portraits of you spazzing out, some picture of a bookbag, a penguin with great hair, a labcoat, and a pair of glasses in your yard..." TS paused at that. "...-and, uh..."

TS showed the phone to RS, who shivered of embarrassment.

"This portrait of you donning a polka-dotted bikini."

Also, is the spazzing-out part a reference to Ten Minutes to Insanity? I love that story.

Well, I don't really know how I can help with Snowzerland - I have never read any of SN's articles. It would require me to read 50+ articles about himself or an article tied to himself, and 50+ articles relating to a user is going to bore me.

Though rules are meant to be obeyed, rules are meant to be broken as well. The "Zone Kodes" are just generalized guidelines - like all rules are. Also, I disagree with the "ten thousand years" block. That block does not work I don't think, because I saw SN post shortly after. Would be best if it was infinite so that we know he's blocked. After ten thousand years, do you think Swiss will go back on? Pfft, no. Its true that people can live to be over 100, but 10,000 years old is really stretching it.

If you want pictures for it once you adopt it or do whatever you want with it, I can help but I can't help with writing about something I know so little about.

Also, I'm against SN simply because he's completely arrogant and egotistical. He's so self-centered, that there really is no point in telling him why a decision he makes is wrong because he automatically believes he's right and nothing anyone says will change it. TS, here's the absolute down straight truth about what I think about you.

You're a dictator who hates anyone going against his way, you filibuster people to death, and you kind of bother me about goverment. You also hate consensus, which while being not great, is better than what we have now. I'm tired of being nice.

And goverment is BAD. Conservatives want to control what you do and censor stuff, while liberals want to control your buisness. Communisim is a failed idea, socialism is a failed idea, and anarchy is lawless. Monarchies are absolute rubbish, along with oligarchies in the like. Democracies tend up making the bigger group happy, and republics...meh, still not great. Consensus? I could live with it.

The only true goverment that makes sense or does anything for you is the Ten Commandments and the Bible.

• And as usual, I'm the one doing all the real work while you're parading around making extreme complications to rules and generally making a joke out of the consensus system

I'm slowly getting at the end of my rope, am tired of doing so much for this wiki and then getting crapped on. No more, I've had enough. After all my tasks are done (importing images, Christmas presents etc) then I quit. And I'm not stuffing around doing those sympathy attempts either, I've been planning to quit for some time now. I have no reason to help this wiki anymore; do what you think is right. Reinstate the old rules, get rid of the consensus system, whatever. My apathy levels are at an all-time high. All I will worry about now is the content issues AKA importing (import page system is broken, need to see Seahorse or Refractor about that) and after everything feels right I take my leave. Again. A majority of HQA article images have been imported, but I am only going to do the HQA/MQA/LQA images. Everyone else can sweep the old site for anything I missed; I am a very busy man when it comes to Christmas and I really can't thoroughly check the site for any other images. Also, if you could do me a favor please tell Seahorse or Refractor about the import pages problem, I keep getting this error;

Import failed: XML import parse failure at line 1, col 2 (byte 1; "!doctype html> <"): XML_ERR_NAME_REQUIRED

To clarify, "Robert's Rules" is simply the rules for the meeting that we're going to attend and how the subjects for this wiki are going to be decided, not how every meeting is goig to be.
