Shops-Fanon awards?

Hi TS. I was just wondering if Fanon would like to take part in an inter-wiki awards event with shops. Basically a CPWN Awards except no CPW since they excluded everyone :P Shops hasn't officialized an event yet, but i'm working on getting something officialized (see this, it might give you a little bit more info.). Ideas for awards for fanon could include some common user awards like funniest user, article awards for best article and such (i've seen votes for article of the year, quote of the year, etc., and those could just be moved to be part of the official awards), and maybe also some CP awards like best CP party or something (just examples in case you don't know what awards could be done on fanon). Please message me back on here or shops whenever possible. In addition, feel free to ask questions if you have any since my explanation/idea for this inter-wiki event might not have been shown right (aka I might not have explained it clearly :P). Bureaucrat

Hey TS. If you had seen the User rights log you would've seen that you weren't a B-crat because you were demoted in January. They're not the same right, and I don't think you should just be giving yourself b-crat (my opinion).

To be honest, all of this drama is sick and tiring. I'm not trying to mess with the big fish here, but i'll just say it and get it over with because I have no reason to fear you: The way things are run around here is corrupt. You and swiss rule this wiki with iron fists and your webmaster-ish lifestyle (even Swiss said that when he retires, his "protege" will take his spot). You ban and promote/demote users as you please, and you make unofficial rules for the wiki that enforce your personal beliefs. The users try to change things but if it isn't what you and swiss want then it most likely isn't going to happen. The only administrator that seems to care and fight for user rights is Wonder, which is one reason I want him to be an admin, because if he's demoted/banned then there will be no one to represent our common beliefs. In addition, the CPWN staff are useless against your regime, because HP and Shark don't want to mess with you, and Sea is not only on your side, but he doesn't want to mess with you or fanon either because he knows it'll probably erupt a war thanks to your "strong personality" (or that's what i'm assuming). Heck, he even told me on the IRC the other day that even though I mean well with all of my ventures, I should just leave fanon or stop trying to change things, because Swiss will never listen since he has a bias against me (because I fight for what I feel is right, which is usually the complete opposite of his views).

Anyways, not only are you the oldest person on the network, but you're probably the most powerful figure in the network too. It isn't only because of your strong attitude and beliefs, but I think it's because of what you've done. You built the CPW, and even though it was in a webmaster regime, you brought the wiki to new heights. Although you're also a leader here, you should know better than most that democracy is what the people want. I believe that people do look up to you for the good you've done, but of course there are the people who look down on you for your flaws- but honestly, who doesn't have flaw? Overall, I truly wish that your power and influence here could be used for good rather than your own personal agenda. Honestly, I think you want to be loved and respected on the network, but I promise you don't need a silly title such as bureaucrat to get that.

Unjust ban

Hi TS. I should probably apologize for my last message. I prematurely messaged you because I thought you had given yourself bureaucrat (I forgot admins couldn't do that when I accused) rights, but Amigo had given her backup account those rights and you just stated "Why aren't I a b-crat" (or something along those lines). However, what I said about the overall hierarchy lifestyle and using the influence you have for good is still in place.

Anyways, I don't mean to be rude, but I kinda agree with what AJ said to you. I don't believe it's right to ban people for infinite amounts of time at your whim (or swiss', or bro's, for that matter), whether it be the users' different religion, sexuality, beliefs (revolutionaries), or hobbies (e.g. real life drug use; I don't do that myself nor will I ever but I don't feel it's right to block them here because they choose to do so). My next point is that you showcased one of these very blocks with AJ just hours ago. Blocking him just because he expressed his feelings towards you isn't fair whatsoever in my opinion, no less being blocked for six months. Even though he doesn't edit here that often, that doesn't mean you or anyone else should have the right to ban him. So, I'd appreciate it greatly if you could unban him. I know it may be hard, but being more understanding and/or nicer to people could go a long way.

In other news, I don't know if you're interested or not, but Sharkbate recently retired from all of his posts on the Network, including Staff and CPW Admin, I figured you may have been friends at one point so it may interest you. Also, I'd love to talk to you privately sometime (over email, or irc, or something).

Liberation of Turtly

Hi TS. As the creator of Turtly, I was wondering if I could get your permission to attempt to write a story which liberates Turtly from Zenthexia and the Imperial Emperor's forces. If you give me your blessing for this, would you also be willing to give me story advice or help if I so desire, and possibly OOC insight about their state of exile, and the setup of Zenthexia's government?

From what i've read, Zenthexia established a "titanium glass dome" around the entire island to keep it protected (which is what prevented liberation in 2009 when the PSA attempted it). I find that somewhat ridiculous, as titanium glass isn't a thing. I'm just saying this because i'm trying to figure out how the liberation would go (i.e. how to get inside this "dome").

Here's what I've thought of so far:

• Jedi would be the liberators. It would be a small group of Jedi, headed by Penquino. They would be armed with their Keysabers, as well as non-lethal weapons such as Freeze Rays and Snowball Guns. All of these recent bloody wars irk me. I prefer non-lethal combat.
• After liberation, the jedi would further help the Turtly government by getting them established as a Free Republic (disguised as a turtly politician), and they themselves gcould re-establish themselves in the UAN.

Things I haven't yet figured out include:

• How to get in the dome (also depending on what it's made of)
• How to entirely liberate Turtly. Sure, the Jedi get in the dome, make their way to the palace, and capture the Imperial Emperor. How would the rest of his forces leave Turtly? Force the emperor to make them leave? turn down the dome and have the Turtly king ask for PSA help again?
• What would happen to the Emperor? Captured and given to the Turtly government is my thoughts.

I trust that you have had a good summer, and I earnestly hope you are having an excellent day.

As previously stated in the subject line of this message, this concerns the post earlier by a user on Reddit that had lambasted you and Swiss for your aversion to homosexuality and the sort. As for me writing this to you, I believe that you would look to hold me accountable for this, because of course, I am someone who openly supports the LGBT community. However, I would like to clarify that in full honesty that I was never involved in the creation of post. I am someone who deeply respects the whole of our site's community, through their caliber and creativity within the work done here. While we previously have had our differences, I ultimately am sure that your hard work, diligence and commitment to the site is highly deserving of respect from your fellow community members, myself included. I have never looked to resort to a "public flogging" to undermine those that I have disagreed with before--I am more mature than that. There is no place here for petty politics and strife--our shared love of creativity and exploration behooves us to work together for the benefit of our community. I understand you may look to hold the previous debacles against me. Yet we cannot move forward unless we unclench the fists and begin to at least tolerate one another. I don't ask for your support of who I am, I'm asking that we can put aside our past differences and begin anew.

I want you know understand that I care immensely for this community, regardless of whether or not you think I don't. You can blame me for the post, but I will continue to assert that I had absolutely no involvement in it. In the end, I hope we could be friends once again. I think we do have a lot in common, and I do wish to talk to you as friends on the IRC if I could.

Inactivity policy

So, it seems as though most of the active community supported this proposition made by me (built off of Bro's proposition from 2013) in regards to the inactivity policy being too vague. However, I guess Swiss wanted us (the administration) to finalize everything? So, I'd like to ask, is there anything that you might want to change about this proposition (add, remove), or do you have any questions about anything? And, with that, if you think everything's alright, do you give it the green light to be put into effect?

If everyone oks it within the next few days, I'd like to put it into affect starting in 2015 (January 1st), and anyone who is out of those bounds when it's put into affect could be demoted (I figure it doesn't matter about giving a heads up to inactive admins considering they could get their powers back anyhow); if you don't like this idea just say so, and please don't let it effect your overall judgement. Thanks for your time.

P.S. Also, just to clarify, is it safe to assume that previously demoted administrators (demoted prior to 2015) could also be re-promoted following these guidelines (if they happen to come back)? Merry Christmas 07:01, 23 December 2014 (UTC)
