Volunteers are penguins with high capacity to combat hooliganism Archipelago Antarctic type, they are different from the moderators, as always use tools.
Aplication[edit]
Volunteers are chosen from a government monitoring of Club Penguin, after the Elite Penguin Force, and finally reaches the Application for voluntary , a fairly rare event on the island, as they are quite large and only government officials can vote, the agents of the Elite Penguin Force close the application in time of 15 days, the government delivery office. The members have been chosen and there are currently more than a thousand members.
