Wara Wara Plaza

The Wara Wara Plaza is the capital city of Isle Delfino. Penguins appear all over the plaza, with a statue of Count Lionel.
Plaza[edit]
The floor looks the same as the Plaza's. Various Penguins come here, and they will occasionally advertise here. Advertisers give out address cards to their Igloo via the Post Box.
Development[edit]
When the Wara Wara Plaza was first unveiled, the buildings were placed different, and it featured some under construction buildings. It is also called Wara wara.
