Wendy Cutbon is a cuttlefish with the ability to break the fourth wall. She is the Wannabe Illustrator in Teh Not Universal Bureau Of Fiction Wannabes. Unlike most other cuttlefish, her ink comes in colors other than black. She uses her ink to paint pictures, although she uses other mediums when she feels like it.
Most (but not all) the pictures she draw are bad.
Background[edit]
Wendy was born in some ocean. She found out that she had multicolored ink. Using this, she created many patterns in the ocean.
She also had a tendency to break the 4th wall. She eventually found about the Bureau of Fiction and wanted to join as Illustrator, but they didn't let her because she wasn't very good at using her ink to make pictures. She then practiced very hard to make good pictures, and although she did great improvements, she still wasn't qualified. Then she met the Wannabe Masters Of The Universe and they let her join. So now, she can draw pictures of things in the universe, although they sometimes are corrected by Illustrator Keith, or more often Illustrator Rob.
